"Cosy Pub"
Excellent Pub food, wine and beer. Room was out back and up stairs but was warm and comfortable. Parking was a problem as they have no parking lot. Don't go down the lane next to the pub as it quickly narrows down to the width of a car.

"Shame we could only stay one night!"
Stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Owner showed us to our room, made sure the room was warm enough and we had everything we needed. When we booked the owner contacted us to see if we wanted a cot or a bed for our youngest son.

"Lovely foody place to stay"
Great pub with luxury rooms-some nice touches like Bose Bluetooth speakers. Staff did their best to sort an issue when raised, but you shouldn't have to chase them for the advertised breakfast to be made available in the residents kitchen. We booked there because that facility was advertised. Could I suggest you update your website description and room info guide, and/or discuss with guests whether they'd like breakfast upstairs or were happy to come down to the pub?

"Very comfortable hotel."
We like this hotel very much. The rooms are well appointed, the beds very comfortable, and it is quiet which is a major plus for us. The staff at reception are polite and helpful which is more than can be said for the older man who was on breakfast duty. He was very surly, and disappointingly the hot buffet (though plentiful with a good variety of dishes on offer) was cold! We wondered if this was because we were later down for breakfast, but our friends who breakfasted early commented on the fact that the cooked breakfast items were cold! We will definitely stay here again, but are thinking of breakfasting elsewhere!

"One night at Widbrook Grange"
We stayed at Widbrook Grange as we were planning on spending the day in Bath. Upon our arrival, we were guided to our room and given a brief tour of the b & b. There was a pool and gym, which we unfortunately did not have time to try. Parking was free and we found delicious freshly baked cookies.in our room. I requested a room for a family of four and we got exactly that. The beds were very comfortable. The room came with a tablet which described the area and information on restaurants/things to do, which was very helpful. We had supper at the Dockside restaurant, which was a brief 5 minute walk away, also owned by the b and b. For breakfast, we had a choice of a variety of hot meals, and everything that was prepared for us was delicious and the portions were generous. It would have been nice to stay a few more days as the setting is in the countryside and very relaxing. Bath was a short 10 min drive away.

"Perfect Experience, Like staying with friends."
Going down the long driveway and coming to a weathered small building gave me some concern. However, being greeted by our host in the drive hours earlier than we were scheduled to arrive was just the beginning of a very pleasant experience. The Dower House is much larger than if first appears. Upon finding the home to be well kept and up to date and very clean the exterior of the home became quaint in my mind. Our rooms where very comfortable. There was plenty available for breakfast. The hosts are extremely hospitable.
