(1,001 reviews) The hotel itself is fine, with the exception of us picking due to ita price and proximity to disney whike also having a pool and hot tub but they were both under construction. Had we known we would have not stayed there. But the worst part by far was the valet service. 25 bucks for valet which was the only way to park the car, ao mandatory valet and then charged for it. I work in high end hotels just include that charge in the hotels rate comes across better to the guest. But easily the worst valet ive ever experienced. Every time we needed to park the car the valet wasnt there. Or we would need to get the car valet was missing. On two occassions the valet was sleeping in one of the cars parked in front of the hotel. This all seemed pointless anywya since the valet lot was literally 15 feet from the hotel lobby. I could see my car the entire time but could get to it because of the valet service having my keys. But theres literally no need cor the valet since the cars are all right there.
