It was fine for my one night stay. The check-in clerk was pleasant. A little pricey, Lots of traffic noise. I would ask for a room farthest from the road if I were to book again.

The bathtub in the room looked like it was cleaned but dirty. Manager said they used the wrong cleaner on the tub and ruined the finish but it is clean. Maybe, but it looked filthy.

The front desk area makes you feel unsafe. Its like the staff is affraid of the neighborhood. The rooms smell terribly of smoke. Even though we were supposedly in a non smoking room. We got a room for 4 ppl and there were only two sets of everything and then they told us to come down to get additional towels. Just not a good hotel.

Overall, very unhappy. From the "weekly room rental" advertised on their sign to the bulletproof glass the clerk sits behind, this location is awful. This is more of a no-tell-motel if that's what you're looking for. There was someone hanging out in a third floor window at all hours, watching everyone who walked in and out. The entire place smells like weed, try explaining that to young kids. The road is very busy and loud, even at night, don't expect to get much sleep. The beds were hard, the floors & bathroom were filthy, the curtain didn't cover the whole window & the extra pillows we were given had cases on them that looked like they were "last resort" pillowcases in someone's lake house basement. 10/10 AVOID IT!

We did purchase from a third party and we were told breakfast was included. It was not. Looks like it once was included, likely changed during covid. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Food was nearby. Clean . very comfortable bed. Great bed in fact. A bit of road noise. but... it worked and was about as expected.

The Pictures are very deceiving. The rooms are incredibly small, like a half room. Door to room did not work and the front desk could not get it working. The front desk is behind thick glass – that should tell you what the property is like.

The absolute only good thing about this hotel was the staff was friendly. That's it. I read the reviews, I knew what to expect and it was worse than expected. As soon as you walk in it REEKS of weed. So so strong. I made my daughter put a mask on because it smelled so bad. I was informed that smoking was allowed on the 3rd floor and I was staying on the 2nd floor. Fine. The second floor reeked like cigarettes. The room itself was old and dated. We stripped the bed brought our own blankets but I could still smell smoke in the room/bedding. They clearly don't wash them separately (or often??) I sprayed every inch of our room with disinfectant spray and it made it a tiny bit tolerable. No one wanted to use the shower. We were there for a weekend for a sporting tournament and we absolutely only stayed in the room for 8 hours a night to sleep. We stayed out of the room as much as possible while in Delaware. This was literally the only hotel with vacancy I could find in the area for the weekend so I expected ALL of this. Making the entire hotel non smoking may help. The weed smell is so so bad. There was a mix of shady characters and sports parents staying there. I didn't see any coffee/breakfast in the morning but we left early both days of our stay and truthfully I would not have taken it anyway.

My perfect 2 day stay
I just needed to finish a project and needed a solitary place to do it. Didn't necessarily want a fancy place, just quiet and clean. My room was cozy, VERY clean . The deskclerk even put me right near the refreshment machines and the ice machine. Im older, so l basically checked in and in a few steps was in my room. Perfect. I stayed 2 nights.
