Waaay too strict
My boyfriend and I went to this hotel for a Romantic getaway. When we go there we had to sign a waiver of 30 or more rules of what we can not do in our room we paid good money for. We couldn't even light candles or have rose peddles in our room. The soak in tub was not working and maintenance had to fix it. Spent a lot of money on breakfast that tasted like they warmed up the food from the buffet and brought it to us. The bacon was seriously undercooked. I've gotten better bacon at Wendy's. We were not compensated for any of the issues we had. On the bright side, the room we had was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually stay at the Sheraton at least once a year and this is the only year I had an issue. The hotel need to mention on their website what the rules are before you book a room, that would have been very helpful, not to mention the deposit you have to pay when you get to the hotel.
