As you arrive to the inn, you are met with amazing staff! Both day and night ladies were extremely helpful and sweet! The room is very clean and beautifully decorated! You are right on the beach which I loved ! They have a private top deck that looks out to the ocean for a beautiful sunrise! I 10000/10 recommend!

On the beach was great! The Inn was dirty, sheets dirty bathroom dirty, broken tiles on the floor, loud stomping above all night; no sleep. Very, very tiny accommodations.

The room was updated, clean and nice. The bathroom was small and could use a shelf or something to put things on. The door lock to access the beach was old and needs to be replaced.

We apologize for the beach access door lock getting stuck. Unfortunately being beach front and the salt air being so strong, things rust a lot faster. We have already rectified that issue. So the next time you visit, hopefully the new handle will not be rusted already, LOL! :)

The SeaWitch Inn was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Carolina Beach! Easy walk to the beach and perfect location to walk to the bars, the Sea Witch is always our favorite to go out. The room was very clean and the staff was so kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Any “Witch” Way- can’t lose
Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with excellent water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Towels were very fragrant in a soothing way. Perfect spot to stay when visiting Carolina Beach State Park for a trail run!

Overall experience was super. Only reason for a 4 on condition, plug in bathroom needs replacing & AC unit pretty noisy. We will return for the next stay - awesome location and great staff. Especially Manager Joyce.

Awesome place to stay for a night or two -has access to the beach and boardwalk. The rooms are small, and there are several bars nearby that play music until late - but otherwise a great motel. Definitely worth the price

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was tiny. It says ocean view but it doesn't actually face the ocean. The TV didn't work the whole time we were there even after the hotel staff tried fixing it several times. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool was closed for some reason. The walls are thin so you can hear prime in the next room and outside.

The property Manager Joyce was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and had a perfect view from the porch where chairs are provided. A very short walk to the beach which lets out to the best view to see the sunrise and moon rise. The area is super walkable and quiet. Very peaceful atmosphere!

Perfect Little Spot
I can't say enough good things. I am a boojie accommodation type of person. I took a chance based on reviews for this little motel. It was clean nicely decorated simple yet had everything we needed. Walkable to everything and a easy walk to the sand.

This place was awesome. Loved that it was right on the water and the staff was very accommodating. The only challenge was the shower was super small and there was no place to put my soaps and hair products, but overall a great stay!!!!

We love staying here, it’s a great location, right in the heart of Carolina Beach. The staff makes you feel very welcome, and they were very helpful if any issues came up. This is the only place we ever stay at when we come down to this beach. Highly recommend!!

Overall good experience. The room we stayed in was smaller than it appeared in pictures. Small but adequate shower. Good for one night, but space may be tight for two people for two days. Everything worked for what we wanted.

Joy was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. Willing to go above and beyond. The room was very clean. It has its own access to the beach, a terrace to sit and see the beach. We haven't stayed at a motel like this in many years but it was cute and had the beachy vibe. Netfix's "Florida Man" was filmed at this motel.

Our room was basic. Two beds, a bathroom, dining table, small fridge, microwave, TV, and single Keurig. There were no mugs or styrofoam cups so I’m glad I brought some. For such a short stay (Friday-Sunday), we didn’t need much more. There is loud music across the street but it was done by midnight.

We had a nice stay here. It provided easy beach access, a great shared deck with ocean view, friendly staff and was great for a night. Small room, but we didn’t mind.
