Catie’s Cove, which is named after one of our twin daughters, offers 4 very generous bedrooms stylishly furnished and over 2000 square feet of relaxation space, you and your group will find your vacation actually more enjoyable because our home is larger than most of the 4 bedroom houses (and even some of the 5 bedroom ones) for rent because you’ll have plenty of space to gather and to relax!

Please note to ensure the health & safety of all our guests, we have always maintained a very high standard of cleaning. Now, due to COVID-19, we are following CDC recommendations and increased the cleaning & disinfecting of our homes. Additional Safety Precautions (cleaning crew will be wearing masks & gloves when on the property) & Enhanced Cleaning Protocols. All high touch area will be disinfected for example doorknobs, countertops, light switches, slider handles, NEST, interior handrails, bed frames, bath fixtures, pillow protectors, all bed quilts, all appliances, shower curtains, TV remotes, and game remotes, laundry baskets, hardback chairs, tables, leather furniture, and foosball table.

Check-In Time & New Check-Out Time
Due to the additional cleaning protocols that we must incorporate for your safety, we will need more time in between rentals. Therefore, we adjusted our check-in/check-out schedule to the following:
All check-ins begin at 4:00 PM (though not guaranteed to have all accommodations ready at 4:00)
All check-outs will be by 10::00 AM.

We carefully chose our furnishings to maximize your comfort while accommodating up to 12 guests “in real mattress beds” and up to 16 guests if needed using convertible sofas.

Off-street parking for up to 5 cars, with 2-3 spaces covered!

BBQ Fun! You’ll have complimentary use of a propane BBQ grill with a picnic table to keep the party close to the food. Propane tank provided free of charge

No need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys (buckets, shovels, kites, trucks, and more). We have plenty available for you and your guests.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (awesome cookware, blender, Krupp’s & Mr. Coffee machine, fun beach dishes, and plenty of barware! Open floor plan so you never miss any of the action inside or outside on the beach!

Our Washer & Dryer is provided with laundry detergent for you to use. The iron & Iron board are hanging in the laundry area. Also, we provide our guests with dishwasher soap, dish soap, and garbage bags.

We have the NEST for temperature control on your smartphone and Alexa is here to help you with music, games, and fun!!! The living room has full beach views or you can watch TV on a 51” HD flat-panel TV with cable entertainment, Blu-ray/DVD player, Complimentary Netflix, and speakers with Aux input for other smartphones/MP3 players is also at your command! Plus, we just installed a FOOSBALL table so let the tournaments begin!

The Oceanfront Master Bedroom features a King king-sized bed, a large luxury sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, a 40” HDTV, and its spacious bathroom (dual sinks, shower with body sprays, space!). The deck off the master offers a porch swing to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Also on the deck, there is an additional exterior shower to rinse the sand off before entering the home.

The second Master Bedroom features a queen-sized bed & full futon, TV, and its bathroom.

The 3rd-floor Bedroom offers everything tots teens will love in a spacious room featuring 2 - a twin over full/queen bunk bed and another 40" LED TV and its access to the bathroom. X-BOX is here!!!

First Floor - queen bed, closet with TV, and barn door to keep private.

Surf City, NC is only ~2 hours drive from Raleigh and 20-30 minutes from Wilmington airport! Surf City is the sleepy beach town where you and your family/friends will create fun, lasting adventures!
