had to go back to the desk 4 times, every time I tried to get in my room, because the key card didnot work. Finally suggested to the clerk that she notify manager about this problem. Very aggravating! Great new mattress. Maid didnot always replace paper and linen supplies. Free coffee tasted burnt. But If the lock had worked it would have been a great stay.
