We were supposed to check out on Monday, Dec 28. However, we can back to our hotel room on Christmas Day and found out that we were checked out and locked out of room with our belongings in the room.

I was there for a family reunion.

Pros: Proximity to family and airport. They also had the courtesy shuttle which would have picked us up from the airport if we needed it.
Cons: Free morning breakfast could be offered
The experience was minimal because I was only there for the accommodations. We were out most of the day and did not use any of the services other than housekeeping to clean our room everyday. There were other amenities but I did not use them. I wish they had the free breakfast in the a.m. but we went across the street to Waffle House.

Only stayed 1 night. It was nice for the time, just needed a comfortable place to stay. Wouldn't be my go to, to stay at again.

I was expecting better

Pros: The space in the room was pretty nice!
Cons: The hotel was supposed to be nonsmoking but wasn't and there should be some extra blankets/bedding in the room.
Location: We mostly just went down town but there were some fast food type places around the hotel.
The staff was nice but not extra friendly. The room smelled of smoke and there were no blankets in the room. The size and comfort was nice though.

Great room and professional people.

The front desk help was very helpful and very professional. The room was very clean and the restaurant services were amazing. The location is on a very busy road. Parking was limited in the front and the back parking lot was very dark and with my family was not comfortable walking in the parking lot with them. The pool was a little cloudy but the pool maintainer was nice when I told him the pool was cold, he immediately turned up the heat and it was more enjoyable to swim in the indoor pool. But overall I'm very happy with my experience.

You get what you pay for!

The hotel was convenient for what it is worth. Close to stores and fast food restaurants but the staff was really dry. No one offered more than they had to. They shouldn't charge you for the hotel buffet being there is so much to go to without a car to go eat. The bartender was much better as far as socializing and willing to give information to the Wilmington area. Other than him, no southern charm or hospitality were displayed.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Wilmington.
