This place cannot be overstated. It's in the perfect spot by the waterfront. You're far enough away that it's nice and quiet, but still close enough that you can walk to everything! We only used our car to take us to a wedding in Wrightsville Beach. The place is really nice with an ideal mix of historic and contemporary. The windows look like they're still original and are really cool. The kitchen is updated and is all modern. Massive TV to relax in front of at night. Natasha, the host, is also very accommodating. Stayed 2 nights in May 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Gigi W., Baltimore 27 Dec 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Spacious apartment in walkable neighborhood We happened to visit during an unusual cold snap, so we did not get to enjoy the porch or walk downtown as we usually do in Wilmington, but the inside of the apartment was surprisingly spacious, certainly well-equipped and comfortable. The street and neighborhood are quiet and an easy stroll to the riverwalk and downtown restaurants and shops. Natasha had expected to meet us in person but was herself traveling, so gave us check-in instructions by phone while we were still on the road. We managed just fine. ##### Gigi W.
