The showerhead leaked. The fixtures in the shower and in the bathroom were loose. The refrigerator had a hard time keeping my soda cold. Because it is contained in a box. The refrigerator needs to be able to release the heat it generates. With the one queen size bed in the guest on that side of the bed would have a difficult time getting out of the bed. Why; because it is 1 foot from the wall.

Cons: The check out time should be 12 PM.
One of the best hotels in Newark DE. The facilities are non smoking & hot drinks are free.

We arrived late check in, and the desk person was very welcoming and helpful with getting us checked in after a long day of driving. Room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Rate was very reasonable.

Customer Service - Poor for front desk staff

Pros: It was clean. Carpet was not smelly. I like the fridge, microwave, coffee maker and pool. I like that it was pet free and smoke free.
Cons: I do not think that guest should smoke near the hotel entrances because these smoke comes right back in the hotel and cause problem for the guest.
The front desk staff do not smile both checking in and checking out. They were cold, unfriendly they just had a job to do and it was done, no warmth. They would be talking to you with their heads down in what they are doing They need to be trained in customer service, I think it was poor. The room attendants, the servers for breakfast, though they cannot speak English or much English, they had good customer service. Front desk staff can learn so much customer service from them.

Comfy and the price is right!

Moving our so out of his college home for the summer. Upgraded us to a suite! Since we didn't have to move hi out till the next day we sat by the pool which was blissfully quiet. Always a good stay here... It is clean and reasonable and beds are super comfy. Right off the hi way too for easy access. Free breakfast and the coffee is good. See you next year comfort inn and suites! Front desk staff were friend,y and accommodating.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast wasn't great, but what hotel breakfast is? the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Will absolutely be staying again.
