Customer Service - Poor for front desk staff
The front desk staff do not smile both checking in and checking out. They were cold, unfriendly they just had a job to do and it was done, no warmth. They would be talking to you with their heads down in what they are doing They need to be trained in customer service, I think it was poor. The room attendants, the servers for breakfast, though they cannot speak English or much English, they had good customer service. Front desk staff can learn so much customer service from them.
