Welcome to the perfect vacation! Gorgeous lake views! Front-row balcony seats for weekly fireworks and movies. Only steps from the beach. This 1st-floor unit boasts amazing lake views and the relaxing sounds of the Carolina Beach surf.

Out on the master bedroom balcony, you can relax and watch stunning sunsets over the lake.

Tile and hardwood floors with throw rugs are throughout the space.
There is a large living room with a pull-out couch and a Roku smart TV. So bring your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords with you!

The kitchen is ample and well-equipped with a bar that seats 3 and a dining table that seats 4.

1 queen bedroom and a bunk bed room allow the home to sleep a total of 6.

The large attached deck also gives you a peak of the ocean between the homes before you. The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only 1/4 a mile away. The Lake park is right across the street!

Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are 6 miles to the south.

The US North Carolina Battleship, Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and awesome nightlife are 25 minutes away!

Cozy condo
The condo was cozy and enjoyable. Very short walk to the beach and short walks to restaurants. The only thing I would say is the outdoor shower was not working, and the couch was not comfortable.

There were no linens for the pull out sofa bed & when I emailed about it I never recieved a response. Also, the internet for the Roku was very spotty & glitchy

Exactly what I needed
My family was very impressed with the beach town and the condo was blocks away from everything. We were able to walk to most things. It was a nice relaxing getaway.

Carolina Beach Stay
We loved the location of this property. It is walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. Property manager was very responsive. The condo itself is in need of some TLC, but was clean and served well for our family.

Location, location, location!!!
Steps from the ocean! Cute condo with all the amenities you need. Only complaint would be that the Wi-Fi kept going out. In the evening when we would wind down and want to watch TV or a movie, any streaming service you were watching would stop working. Other than that it was awesome!
