Glows My family and I enjoyed our stay. The facility was fairly clean. There were daily activities for guests to partake in. The food was okay. I wish there were more Antiguan cuisine available at the restaurants. Nonetheless, the food sufficed. There was a minor hiccup, but my issue was resolved. I wasn’t aware that the iron in was suite wasn’t properly cleaned, so when I pressed my daughter’s shirt and used the steamer it left an imprint on her shirt. I spoke to guest services representative Andrea and she resolved the issue by having the shirt cleaned and returned to my suite the same day. That was outstanding and met my expectations! Honorable mention to Valda at SeaBreeze restaurant for always welcoming our 1 year old. Grows The WiFi is advertised as “free” online; however, you only have free WiFi at certain locations at the resort. It isn’t available in your suite for free. It’s $10 per day if you want WiFi available in your suite. The advertisement needs to be more explicit, it is very misleading. I assumed when I saw free WiFi online it was transparent, but there were clouds around “free” WiFi. I had family who stayed at other resorts in the island and their WiFi was free as stated online. I was concerned about our tub’s step-over. It was difficult for us to step out of the tub. The tub’s step-over was approximately 2 feet in height and collected so much water. It was definitely hazardous for our 5 year old who would normally shower by herself at times.
