My wife & I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn recently. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the great breakfast bar, lots of great coffee and the friendliness of the hotel staff. We will stay at this Hampton Inn when we are in the area again!

We take our grandchildren to a hotel to use the pool and play at Hooplas. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The value for the price is excellent. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The grandkids love the pool and swimming with snow outside the windows in the pool room makes it even more fun! Thank you staff!

The one thing that was a small problem...I am 83 years old and not very tall. It was difficult for me to get into the bed...too high off the floor.

Hotel was nice, rooms clean and interior was quiet. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff wonderful. However, area was very noisy, with heavy traffic and congestion. Also, hotel is situated right under large electric lines.

Wonderful surprise!
I had traveled to Selinsgrove to meet my grandson for dinner as he's a senior at Penn State. I was very pleased with checking, my free gift for being a Hilton Rewards subscriber and my room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall I loved this Hampton Inn. One suggestion, do something to brighten up your lobby. It would really help make the first impression of your hotel, so much better.

Not worth your money
Hotel lacked updating and cleanliness was low par at best. Breakfast buffet was not maintained for pleasing, satisfying or comforting experience. Rooms need carpet removed and relaced with easy care flooring. Bedding did not have freshness, smelled unclean. For the rate charged and paid...defnitely not worth it.

Staff very friendly. Getting in & out of property not that easy from the street - mandatory right turn (no left turn allowed) leaving property on to main road. Breakfast had a very good selection. Sound between rooms was very noticeable. I could hear conversations, television programs, and other noises, I wont mention those noises.

Thankful for the staff
I initially thought the place needed some updating but the staff more then made up for any shortcomings. The staff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a late check out which was no problem. Our stay was comfortable and check out was easy. When I got home I realized that I had left behind some very important jewelry, I called the hotel and they had my jewelry. I was so relieved and thankful, I drove to the hotel and picked up my things and left a thank you in an envelope for the staff member who found my things and turned them.

Key…the front desk Attendent was wonderful & accommodating after we had to switch rooms. She was very friendly & professional. We chose this particular hotel because of the pool & hot tub. Neither one was working. We should have been informed of this at the booking so we would have the opportunity to book a different hotel.

The room I was in had a mold issue. I should have gone to the desk but it was late and I used mobile key. The smell was distinctly mold and the spots in the bathroom were apparent. I had allergy issues all night.

Family hotel stay
This was a family vacation. We have been to other hotels but this one was very accommodating. Room was ok, had a weird smell but they provided good customer service at check in and hotel also offered complimentary breakfast.
