Villa South Beach is voorzien van alle comfort waar het gaat om samen zijn, relaxen, onthaasten, genieten en plezier hebben met elkaar.  
  
De villa ligt zeer centraal op slechts 7 minuten rijden van het populaire Jan Thiel en Mambo Beach, met beiden hun prachtige stranden & goede restaurants zoals Cabana, Papagayo, Zest, Zanzibar & Mood. Supermarkt Vreugdenhil (Spar) zit om de hoek.  
  
De villa heeft 4 tweepersoons slaapkamers, allemaal voorzien van airco, 3 badkamers, een ruime open keuken en een aparte televisiekamer.  
  
De keuken heeft een kookeiland en is voorzien van o.a. een heteluchtoven, combi oven/magnetron, vaatwasser, nespresso-apparaat, melkopschuimer, broodrooster en een Amerikaanse koelkast met vriezer en ijsblokjesdispenser.  
  
Via de dubbele harmonikadeuren komt u op het terras die de hele voorzijde van de villa beslaat en van waaruit u overal fantastisch uitzicht heeft.  
Op het terras staat een loungeset en een boomstamtafel die plek biedt aan minimaal 8 personen.  
Het houten pooldeck, met buitendouche en verstelbare ligstoelen, omlijst het zwembad aan twee zijden.  
  
En vergeet vooral de stoere buitenkeuken met GreenEgg niet, een zak houtskool ligt voor u klaar!  
  
In de aparte televisiekamer hangt een flatscreen televisie met alle Nederlandse zenders & buitenlandse zenders, ook de meeste betaalzenders zijn actief. En wilt u even rustig achter uw laptop werken dan staat er in deze kamer ook een bureau met 2 stoelen en een bankje.  
In deze kamer vindt u ook spelletjes, boeken en speelgoed.  
Voor ieder wat wils, van een goede Roman tot een Donald Duck. Van Rummikub tot een kasteel van Playmobil.  
  
Let op: de huur van de villa is exclusief verbruik elektra € 0,55 per kWh en water €8,-per M3. Wanneer u langer verblijft dan 10 dagen is er een tussenschoonmaak voor €125,- Deze kosten worden verrekend met uw deposit van €650,-.
