Property is well maintained. Bed and bedding is extremely comfortable, Condo is well furnished and everything is in good working order. Surprisingly quiet considering the amount of activities in a downtown/marine hub. Our hosts representative was fabulous and very communicative. Property overlooks a very busy harbor and gives you a great view. While we stayed there was a large yacht (Barbara) parked out front for 1/2 the stay, yes it blocked a portion of the view, it also gave something interesting to watch as the crew prepped for departures and arrivals. Tons of stuff to see and do within walking distance.
