Welcome to our Veranda in Waters Edge Verandas East! Located right across the street from the entrance to all the excitement that is Eastport is just a 3 minute golf cart ride away! This Hillsdale model has: \-3 Bed 3 Bath \-3 separate suites \-Open concept main living area \-Fully equipped kitchen & Laundry \-Water front screened in Lanai w long water views and out door tv \-Fenced in backyard \-Close to golf and Eastport town square \-Small dogs allowed (under 40lbs) \-Golf cart NOT included The Space Kitchen has large island w plenty of cabinet space.Large primary suite has dished ceilings and a large primary bath w Roman shower. The screened lanai is accessible through 1 large and one oversized patio doors that when the weather is right can be left open for that true indoor outdoor living! This house is located on a long water view lot and is steps away from a nature walking path great for long walks , dog walks or biking. This house has a large privacy fenced in backyard yard perfect for a small dog to roam free. To get full dimensions to the house go to the Villages website and search our homes/ Verandas/ Hillsdale. Guest access is full house access. Guest passes to recreational areas and certain amenities available by request for no charge (does not include golf).
