Very tiny rooms and the bed was stiff and difficult to sleep in. The walls were paper thin, we actually were able to have a conversation with the room next to us without raising our voices. No chairs or tables. And the "terrace/patio" had 2 metal tables with one chair. Parking was also confusing, across the street and a block away. The staff were the only good thing about our stay.

Thank you for staying with us. The terrace deck was under repair from an earlier storm until this week. We have put down a new deck surface and returned the tables and chairs to their proper place. We have 5 different lots across the complex for parking, there is a copy of the parking map in each office and we always have guest reception associates available to assist.

The staff at check in was extremely courteous and suggested many places to visit and gave many pamphlets and coupons for places. Check in and check out was super quick.

Didn't like anything about it! Would never recommend it to anyone & would never stay there again! Definitely misrepresented!

My apologies if you were unhappy with your stay. However, if your feedback is sincere I can not make any attempt to change whatever the issues were if I have no idea who you are or which room you stayed in. I appreciate honest feedback from our guests, it allows me the opportunity to improve our product. Feed back like this however does not help, I am not sure what the issue was other than maybe buyers remorse?

It was very close to the boardwalk and beach. Very convenient location. Staff was friendly. Good parking. However, the cleanliness could have been a little better. The room was outdated. The bed was as hard as a rock, you could feel the springs. The air conditioner was set and locked at 68, which felt like 75, and you couldn’t adjust it. Overall, the hotel was okay for the price, location was the best part.

Thank you for staying with us. I have sent your comments to the housekeeping supervisor as it pertains to the room cleanliness. I also forwarded the message regarding the bed to the facility maintenance supervisor. The air conditioner is controlled by the thermostat on the wall not by the unit itself.

Expedia charged me $102 for a small room with a full size bed. I could have got it right there for $70 I thought I’ll always get better price by booking ahead and with Expedia discounts. That’s no notice to check In in another motel across the street. There’s no front desk anywhere in the motel Keep looking and waiting for somebody to clarify how to check in

We have our Check In Instructions very clearly on the website under check in and check out. The rates we quote over the phone and rates you get on-line are almost always a mirror image. I can not speak to exactly what happened with your situation, but for there to be that much of a disparity there has to be more to the story (last minute cancellation/different room style/someone else purchased an upgrade or brought more people than originally booked etc) . If you will provide me with your name and the dates that you stayed.
