Quaint beach retreat nestled in the bayside tranquility of Diamond Beach! This three bedroom, two bathroom, two story town home on quiet North Station Ave is located just a short distance from beach shops, restaurants, taverns, markets, mini-golf, and the beach. Parking is always a breeze with spaces available on the street directly out front. Rinse off after a day at the beach with the outdoor shower located conveniently right by the main entry. The first floor bedroom is spacious enough for extra storage and connects with the hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower for additional privacy. Enjoy the birds chirping in the morning as you drink your coffee on the back deck or spend your evenings grilling and chatting with the neighbors across the way during cool Summer nights. Easily access the centrally located washer and dryer in the utility closet to the left of the kitchen. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare large meals and provides a great contiguous space with the dining area for entertaining. The living area with a mounted 42” flatscreen television above the natural gas fireplace, and overhead skylight provided a great space to unwind after a long day at the beach. The bright and open second floor overlooks the living area below, perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones while running upstairs for a moment. The kids room with the Pyramid Bed overlooks the reeds and wildlife of the bay. (Although a television is missing in the pictures, a 35” flatscreen television is brought in during the Summer) The second floor hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower adjoins to the Master Bedroom and enters into a large dual closet area for additional clothing and linen storage. Although the property owner(s) do not provide beach tags to The Beach Club at Diamond Beach or The ICONA Diamond Beach, Wildwood Crest’s beaches are free and access is provided closest off Jefferson Ave. Once on the beach, you can simply walk towards North Station Ave as nobody will restrict your ability to potentially patronize one of their beach eateries. We apologize, the condo association states tenants are not permitted pets and there are no exceptions. The outdoor space was nice and we appreciated the clothing line to help dry out our beach towels and bathing suits. While the kitchen is on the smaller size, it worked just fine! Open cabinets allowed for us to store some of our food, but the drawers and cabinets could be a bit more organized so that utensils, wash cloths, and some items were more accessible. While the bedroom drawers were empty and available to be used, the closets were cluttered and things were just haphazardly thrown in. The washer and dryer were such a bonus. They were a bit finicky, so perhaps directions on how they work would help renters in the future!
