"We spent three nights at this motel while taking day trips on the Elroy-Sparta trail. Overall, the accommodations were good. The rooms were spacious and clean, while the breakfast was freshly cooked and with a range of choices. I also liked the 24 hr coffee available in the lobby. On the worrisome side, the pool was not open, the charger electric vehicles did not work, and the room cleaning was not available. The staff was helpful. Although the motel is about one and half miles from Sparta and the bike trail, we found our way around with no trouble. Finally, the small Mexican restaurant next door (in the gas station) was excellent and convenient. We will probably stay here again on our next trip."

"We loved our stay at this getaway! This place is clean, beautifully decorated , a great country vibe, quiet, comfortable furnishings, and a ‘I want to come back’ feeling to it. And we will, come back!!! So close to great food, artsy places, and great visitor places! (We loved Branches Winery!)."

"Very beautiful property! It was everything I expected and better. It was a wonderful place to get away from it all. The scenery was gorgeous and the cabin was so nice. Communication with the host was great. I had a question and she got back to me immediately. We will be back."

"The room was clean and quiet. I was disappointed that the motel no longer has a bike shed; it used to under previous management. Also while there was there was an in-room coffee maker in was stocked only with decaf. I think that defeats the purpose of an in-room coffee maker 🙂"
