    • Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Beds are really uncomfortable. Pillows and duvets are knackered. You can see daylight through the door gaps, I wouldn't fancy staying in the winter. Inn advertises food being served on website but had nothing to offer when I arrived.

Terrible service & awful nights sleep

Very loud pub which I had to wonder into to find someone to check in with. No signs for the hotel or rooms etc anywhere. Upon “check in” the bar person just practically threw the keys and a remote at me and said “you know where the rooms are?”. The rooms were (thankfully) located outside of the pub and were clean, but this did not help much with the noise of the signing from pub. The bed was also very small & creaked wherever you moved and there is/was loud bells that went off every 15 mins ALL NIGHT. I needed to check out at 7.30am and the pub was all locked up with no sign of anyone anywhere, I eventually found a letterbox in a side door & has to posted the keys in & hope they found them.
