Over an hour late allowing check in. Elevator out of order, side doors into the building broken so you have to walk around to the front door. Bed is very uncomfortable and 32 inch tv is too small for this size room.

Roof leaked. Mold and mildew in bathrooms. First room was not ready - dirty towels on the bathroom floor and unmade bed. Staff did move me to another room that was ready! Parking was inadequate for anything except compact vehicles. Coffee was only available during breakfast - first HI I stayed at that does not have 24x7 coffee. Breakfast was not good - no eggs for two days. Very slow service. Mystery meat sausage. Half way cooked hash browns.

The place is OK for overnight stay. At check in receptionist was more focused on texting on the phone than welcoming us, guiding what where we can find on the property, etc. The room was clean but the chair was all stained. You can hear when people next door take shower.

The staff so welcoming I noticed every employee At Hampton in Wiggins Mississippi greeted there customer which is amazing cause you don't find very often ..very amazing place to stay .. and fresh Breakfast in the morning 👍

Booked when we were delayed on a trip to visit family. We were able to book late and was greeted by a nice attendant. Had a good breakfast the next morning before resuming our trip. Will stay here again in the future.

Awesome experience
Friendly staff who acknowledges all customers in person, during breakfast they pass by your table and say good morning, do you by anything else? How's your breakfast? Etc. The check in was very smooth. The entire building seems clean and organized. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Don’t let the bedbugs bit!!
Firstly, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our disappointing experience. Their positive attitude was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant experience. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite reserving four rooms with double queen beds each to accommodate our group, we were informed upon arrival that there had been an overbooking issue. As a result, there were only three rooms available, and to our disappointment, one of those rooms only had a single bed. This was not an ideal situation, considering there were two adults and two children in that particular party. Nonetheless, exhausted from a twelve-hour road trip, we reluctantly accepted this option. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when we entered one of the rooms, only to discover that it was infested with bed bugs. Obviously, this was an alarming and unacceptable condition that immediately prompted us to take action. Concerned about our well-being we made the difficult decision to load up our belongings and drive an additional thirty-five minutes to the next town, where we found alternative accommodations. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to highlight the issues we encountered during our stay. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, it is crucial to address the overbooking problem and ensure the cleanliness of the rooms.
