Very modern and clean. Easy parking and nice little bar/lounge area after checking in to enjoy a drink. Definitely recommended if visiting near Blaubeuren.

This hotel is a jewel. It is just 10 min driving from Blaubeuren. It is probably not more than 3 years old so in great condition. The room (suite) is very spacious, has a separate sitting area and a balcony. It is sparkling clean and well equipped (a better looking carpet would have been fantastic). Staff is super friendly and efficient. Check-in took me literally 2 minutes. The food menu is limited but the food quality is VERY good (not to mention the beer). I am only passing bye so I only stayed one night. But the bed, pillows and sound proofing were great. Oh, and the AC... definitely a blessing when there’s 30-35 C° outside.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean, state-of-the-art, and very nice. We were only sorry we stayed here for just two days. The breakfast is very good, and the restaurant has very nice dishes for reasonable prices. It was very convenient and easy to get to Ulm from the hotel.

Could of been so much better.
The hotel is nicely decorated located in a quiet residential area. Upon arrival the young lady at reception very rushingly went through the check in process so she could continue to talk and giggle with colleagues, I asked about the facilities available I.e restaurant and she replied in a very unhelpful manner. Also I thought visa was a world wide payment method and could not pay for food. At checkout they tried to charge me the full amount again and the lady had me waiting for 20min when I was in a rush to catch a flight. I would not recommend this place.

Nice hotel , the staff is very nice , we stayed for 3 nights , good breakfast , quiet area , for restaurants you have to go to the nearby cities .

Great hotel! Wonderful customer service!
The hotel is wonderful, it’s a small city and was there for business. Beds were extremely comfortable and hotel is very clean. They do not have staff on site past 10 pm and I received a call directly before my arrival with instructions for accessing my key card after hours. Wonderful service.

110% VERY GOOD! Can't be beat for its value. AAA++
Best hotel we ever stayed in almost the entire Europe, regardless price! It is a brand new modern high quality hotel, with grand hotel small details. This quality typically will cost you are lot more money! SUPERB BEDS and QUIETNESS. The small town has very good air and temperature. And MUST TRY their restaurant! It's very good. No need to go else where... The free breakfast is also some best I've ever tasted! (Around the world speaking!) I am very happy and satisfy, all of us and kids are so happy someone actually be there to fry us a scramble eggs! And it taste delicious. Highly Recommended AAA+++ 110%%%

Stay once and you will return
I can not say enough good things about the staff and overall ammentities at this hotel. What a gem! Laundry was return same day! Meals including breakfast were fresh and well prepared. Atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I worked in Erbach during my stay and it was only a short drive. If you are staying in the area don’t miss the opportunity to relax at this hotel. Thanks to everyone for a great 2 weeks.

Strange location but worth it...
Clean, bright, modern hotel, just in the middle of a housing estate. Don't be put off, the hotel itself is really good. The rooms are spacious and modern, the restaurant and bar are excellent. You can't fault the hotel. Would go back.

Relaxing Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was very clean, the bed very comfy and beautiful shower. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was well organized, delicious. I would definitely will stay here again.

Kitchen staff are awesome
Small expensive room. The positive side is a comfortable room and the kitchen staff was very helpful. They helped us more than the front desk. The ledge above the toilet was dirty. I should have booked a hotel in Heidenheim for the same amount...at least it had a swimming pool.

Schönes Hotel, alles neu und sehr sauber. Ein Erlebnis sind Toilette u. Dusche, diese sind nur durch eine Glaswand, die oben und unten durchsichtig ist, vom Bett getrennt. Sehr originel, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Beim Frühstück ist alles da was man so braucht, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Müsli, Eier, sogar Lachs. Nur den Kaffee muß man sich aus der Thermoskanne selber holen. Dies könnte durch eine Kaffeemaschine, oder kleinere Thermoskannen auf dem Tisch etwas besser gelöst werden. Aber dies sind "Kleinigkeiten". Insgesamt zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen auch wieder

Very friendly staff and a clean accomodation in perfect condition (and I'm not easily satisfied). Big room for us 4 (partner & 2 kids). Beds slept perfectly. We'd love to return for an overnight stay on our trips from Holland to Italy.

Bra läge , modernt och fräscht
Ett väldigt nytt och fräscht hotell. Allt i perfekt skick. Genuint och bra service även om det var lite personal. Receptionist var även servitris i den intill liggande restaurangen , men det löste hon bra. Lugnt område med fina naturområden.
