Dear Paul, This is an unfortunate situation. Our changeover and your booking obviously overlapped. We certainly do not want to bother you with parking fees. We tried for a long time to prevent this last step- but it was no longer possible. As we are located in the middle of the city, the prices are correspondingly high, so that we were economically forced to introduce parking fees. We would also have liked to clarify the problem in a personal conversation. The reason you spoke to an employee who had to take out reinsurance was because he is in training. It is important to us to be a decent apprenticing company. And those who work with us learn more than just making beds and setting tables. The work at the reception and with it the contact to our guests are elementary components. It is humane that everything does not work perfectly right at the beginning of the training.
