The hotel was wonderful and very convenient for our needs. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The on-site restaurant was fabulous and the prices were very reasonable. The beds were extremely comfortable...

They have 2 gas patio heaters on in the restaurant overflow area which is totally enclosed in with no air flow. They give of alot of fumes.

Not a great experience.
The hotel is very close to the airport. The room was okay for the 4 of us, but that's all I have to say positive about it. The single room had a duvet cover which was stained with blood. The side of the bed was really uncomfortable, it hurt coming out of the bed. There was no light in one side of the room. There wasn't a cot as requested, we had to go look for one ourselves. There weren't enough towels for 4 people either. When checking in I asked to book a table for 6pm for dinner. When we went down, the people at reception couldn't find it, they told us the girl before hadn't booked it. They gave us a big table of 8. The food wasn't that great. Going back to the room, it was way too hot, the kids had trouble sleeping and so did we. Overall not the best experience to be honest. Staff was okay.

Great service, shuttle was already at airport for arrival and friendly service! Great nights sleep before travelling onto our destination didn’t have breakfast only coffees but food looked plentiful 😊 will stay again!

15 minute walk from Hahn Airport
We booked this hotel last minute as our flight came in too late to collect our rental car, and this hotel was close enough for us to pop back to airport in the morning. The room was basic but very comfortable with an amazing memory foam topper on the bed, it was like quick sand 😂. The room had hairdryer and kettle, but no supplies to make a cup of tea or coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom had a big bath and separate shower, we were in the honeymoon room. We paid to have breakfast in the morning and this had a good selection and was situated in a very comfortable dining area. We found all the staff polite and friendly, we would definitely stay here again.

Close to the train station, walking distance to main attractions, lots of restaurants in the area. The rooms are outdated, was very cold and wouldn’t warm up well. Shower curtain was dirty and smelly, I asked to have it changed but they didn’t.

Hotel itself is fine. Has all the functionality of a conference/airport hotel. Hotel food is ok. Staff are friendly and courteous The town is a bit of a bus stop

Good hotel very close to airport.
Almost walking distance to airport Hahn („Frankfurt“-Hahn). Lots of parking, very quiet. Great insulation, did not hear any noise.

Great for overnight stay b4 early flight from Hahn
Overnight stay before flight from Frankfurt Hahn airport. Walked to the airport (15 minutes) although they did offer a shuttle bus....I wanted the exercise! Excellent service & great restaurant. Clean & comfortable although the room was a little small (even for a single bed room for 1 person). Apart from this was a great place to stay for the airport. Didn't get chance to explore local surroundings so can't comment on these.

The pillows and bed in our room were in such a bad condition that it needs to be thrown away! Pillow is so loose, flimsy you cannot get it together, I used a blanket instead. The bed is old and VERY squeaky that each time you move it makes a loud noise, had to stay still in one position entire night, my body was numb next day, also got an headache from not having a pillow.

They have a shuttle service which is nice cause it’s a small country area. Not sure if taxi or Uber available. They have a restaurant that’s serves amazing food and good beer. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean.

Outstanding customer service
Hotel reception was accommodating, attentive and provided incredible customer service. The area is remote and rural so it's best to thoroughly plan transport if you plan on traveling to other parts of the country.

We love the convenience of stay there when we have a very early flight from Hahn. And we can park our car there while we are gone. They have a convenient shuttle that takes you right to the terminal. The only thing negative was the bed we slept in was super hard and squeaked everytime we moved. It was not great.

It is a perfect location for overnight stays in and out of Hahn Airport. Free airport shuttle is wonderful. I had 2 separate overnight stays over a period of 4 days. Rooms are small but clean. My only complaint is the shower in the room of my 2nd stay. The shower knob/valve needs to be replaced as it is impossible to adjust the water temperature. Overall, it was good value.

Room was good toilet not clean.. noise from work
morning i was in shower taking bath and water was stopped then i have to call the desk for ask why water is stopped. She said sorry you have to wait for 10-15mins some work is going on I believe that work was making noise from morning.. So i have to wait in bathroom until the water comes Toilet was not clean I’m requesting refund for my stay if hotel not approve even seeing the proof then i need compensation from hotels.com

Decent place for short stays
Hotel is nice however it is not close to anything. Some rooms have AC, ours dis not. Had trouble with closing the window, but without AC, left it open most of the time. Tub didn't drain very well. Decent size room. Lobby was nice and a lot of deco designs, which were fun to see. Food was good but it was a buffet so a bit pricey. The BEST part if this place for me is the indoor pool. I could have stayed there for hours!

My place hotel
It was amazing. I arrived with my son at 11pm in the evening. I just called the reception and they arranged someone to pick up. It was free and so comforting knowing that someone is going to pick you up. The hotel is fabulous as well. The stuff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. I could not as for more.

Staff was very nice and restaurant was beautiful. But having Family Suites right by the restaurant is not good due to people tallking loud late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. We could not have our windows open to help with the heat because of this as well. Inexpensive parking was nice while we were gone for a couple days.

The room and the bathroom were outdated. The bed was queen sized and quite low with wooden edges making it uncomfortable. The lighting in the room made it even more depressing. Our room was on the 1st floor facing the restaurant which was noisy till midnight. There were no airconditioning in the room and the room remained very warm considering it was summer. None of us had a good nights sleep to be honest. The positive would be the breakfast which was good at €9 and served from 4a.m making it convenient for those catching early morning flight like ourselves. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport which is 5min drive from this place which would be another positive.

Very Hahndy for Ryanair Frankfurt terminal
Despite late - mid-night- arrival we were greeted warmly. Local pils offered proudly. Excellent shuttle to terminal. Basic clean room.
