"Pros: Die Nähe zum Wasser, wenige Kilometer weiter war der von uns gewählte Strandabschnitt in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch Schiffausflüge ,kitesurfen , badestelle Wander - Radwege alles vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung war nett mit allem eingerichtet so das man selbst einen Kuchen backen können . Auch ums eck, Keine 2 Minuten fussweg war ein nettes Restaurant, wo preis Leistung stimmte . Werden wieder dort hin in Urlaub fahren . Cons: Wetter kann man nicht...

"Unser Aufenthalt in Wiek war sehr schön. Wir lieben die Insel Rügen sehr. Die Kloschüssel sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden und man sollte auch mal unter dem Bett sauber machen. Die Einrichtung in der Küche sollte überholt werden. Leider war unser Parkplatz vor Ort nicht zugänglich und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einseitig. Unser Problem sollte zwar geklärt werden, jedoch passierte nicht wirklich viel. Auf versprochene Rückrufe warteten wir vergeblich, stattdessen mussten wir...

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
