Temple Bar hotel is located in the heart of the area. Easy access to everything around. The hotel is very clean and we received excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help. Only issue is that we needed another bedside table.

I did not like we were not able to check in early. I travel a few times a year and I have always been able to check in early until Temple Bar Hotel. I also did not like that we had a room facing street and it was really loud. Maybe if they could sound proof glass? But, overall it was a good stay and staff was very helpful at suggesting places and directions.

Lovely and central, rooms were clean and tidy. Can get a bit noisy from Buskers next door but your in the centre of Dublin so enjoy it.

This hotel is in a pretty touristy area, which was fine with us, though I could see how some might find that to be a drawback. We liked the wealth of taxis and ATMs that could be found in the area. We also liked the closeness of the Tesco for drinks and snacks to take on our adventures. It's right across the street and open until pretty late. The street is a little loud, but they provided ear plugs which made it a non-issue. I would recommend that travelers who need silence to sleep use the provided ear plugs, or bring their own. We bought the breakfast package, which was actually fantastic. The food is pretty good, it's an open buffet, and having one meal a day already accounted for did save us some money. Bruskers, the attached restaurant, was not particularly good, I'm afraid. We appreciated the discount but it was still expensive for food that was only "okay." We went to Bruskers more often to use the ATM than to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was blissfully large and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Overall a great experience, pretty much perfect for our needs!

I have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately it’s gone down hill. The room is dated, worn and in need of updating. The shower was weak, toilet flush was rubbish and the cleaning team weren’t very good. They topped up and changed towels but nothing else. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again at the prices they charge

I could not of asked for anything more. I spent my birthday here and Jennifer could not of done more to make this super special. Thank you so much!! Location is walking distance to about everything. Market across the street very convenient. Temple Bar is in upscale tourist area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable, not sure what’s with shower water as it would go from cold to very hot during shower. Found that annoying!

What I liked at the property was the location What is dislike is that the bedroom was not clean, headboard had stains from previous stay, carpet had fresh stains You can hear noise all day and night. shower room was not clean, no warm water from the tap, no warm water from the shower, I had to shower in a separate room

Don’t book here if you want a decent night’s sleep! The hotel has a bar attached with an extremely loud DJ & live music, which on a Saturday night goes on until about 2 in the morning and on a Sunday night until midnight - I wish we had been told this before we booked because if we had known, we would’ve booked somewhere else. All we could hear when trying to sleep was loud thumping music as if it was right outside our door, there were ear plugs in our room which we used to try and block out the noise but unfortunately we could still hear it which meant we had awful nights sleep on both of the 2 nights we were in Dublin for - not what we wanted when we’d had busy days and arrived from a 6am flight having had not much sleep already! I can’t fault the staff at all - they were all extremely lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful, and also the location of the hotel is great and the room was nice. I just wish we had been notified beforehand about the noise, as upon arriving and speaking to people we found apparently this hotel is known for the noise. Because of this we wouldn’t book here again.

Ideal location in Temple Bar, we had a room at the back of the hotel which was quite noisy from some machinery on the roof. The rooms are nice enough but would have expected a bit more for a four star. The breakfast buffet was ok, coffee was lukewarm and offering was pretty standard. Considering how expensive temple bar is for food and drink I think we had value for money.

First: the trip there. We drove from Cork, and the GPS got us there. Parking was right next door, and a reduced price because of our being at that hotel. The staff was wonderful, the location was the best--even for the many, many New Years Eve events, breakfast inexpensive and convenient. We'll return for sure.

Great hotel which is walking distance to all shops and bars so super convienant. The staff are lovely and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Only downsides are the shower in the room is in a bath with an inadequate screen so you end up partially flooding the bathroom by accident and the shower head is very small and limited movability. There is also no mini bar/fridge in the room and the rooms are very hot. Also if you would like a quiet hotel this is not for you as it is in the heart of temple bar with loud music playing into the early hours. This did not bother me as that’s what I went there for! If you are going to Dublin to enjoy the live music and a nice hotel that’s close to everything it’s perfect.

I have stayed at many hotels in the past but I must say Temple Bar Hotel has been the best! From the staff, especially Mr. Patrick Sullivan and David, who went above and beyond in their kindness and professionalism to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and kind. The location is excellent, you can walk just about anywhere. Their pub and restaurant were also excellent. Thank you all! I will be back!

Hotel in disrepair. Area around bathtub was falling apart. Could not turn hot water adapter in the shower to control temp. Wasn’t working. Asked for assistance next day and front desk said someone would be right up. No one came up. Food was overpriced compared to other restaurants in the same area. Value for your money is poor. We were booked to stay for New Years too but booked another hotel instead.

This property is centrally located in city center and close to many bars and local attractions but it is loud at night...all night and you are surrounded by tourists. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly but don't expect to get any sleep while you are there.

This hotel is right in the best area of Temple Bar. A lot to do right around it. The hotel has a restaurant, pub, and even a game room. Great place to stay.
