Very convenient for the airport. And the amenities in the hotel were great. Not a lot around but a circle K but it was fine for a night. And it was really great to have the constant running shuttle to from the airport.

My room was FILTHY. Also, I upgraded my room because of the coffee maker and toiletries (a treat...) The hotel advertises 'Nespresso' coffee makers so I packed spare pods. It wasn't a Nespresso pod machine! Also, the hotel promised 'luxury toiletries' and they weren't. When I asked at reception, they just said they don't have luxury toiletries.

Shuttle bus was consistent and always on time during our three day stay. Plenty of transportation choices at the airport to get you into Dublin. The time it takes to get to the city is predicated on how much you're willing to pay.

Excellent hotel. The shuttle to and from Dublin airport makes this hotel a great choice for convenience. The meals in the dining room were delicious. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

The housekeeping staff is incredible, and apologized for the bucket collecting water dripping from the ceiling outside of our room but no one from maintenance or management said anything. This is a 4-star hotel, and the room we stayed in had stained carpet, mold growing in the corner by the door, and the sink was chipping plaster in the bathroom. Not to mention that the in-room service we ordered was microwaved burritos with tortilla chips (my husband physically saw staff heating them up). We also had to go pick it up from the lobby bar, and they tried to make my husband pay for the entire meal again even though you can’t place an order in the program without paying? Overall, for the amount of money they charge per night, I expected so much more. Thankfully we only had to stay one night, and getting to and from the airport is pretty straight forward.

We did the checkin process online but never received the self checkin code so then had to wait in a very long line to checkin manually. Maybe streamlining that might help.

As a visually impaired person, it's always nerveracking to travel alone. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. I felt completely comfortable, safe, and taken care of while there. I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed the night before our flight out. Close and convenient to airport, shuttle was good. Room was clean. We ate in the bar dining room and it was good. Would stay again.

Close to Dublin airport 7 min drive on a Saturday.m Handy if you want to catch a flight home without a long drive from somewhere else in Ireland. Not much around, Holiday Inn next to it.

Great place to stay near the airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient, especially as it was 24 hours and our flight was really early. Our first room had a clogged shower drain and they quickly moved us over to a new room. No outside windows on our side, so our room lacked natural light, but the interior windows had pleasant lighting and chandeliers. Breakfast, although not included, was excellent.

False fire alarm went off at 5am... Bedroom was exceptionally large, but beds consisted of a double bed designed for a single person (140cm width) and a single bed. Adequate for a single traveler, but would not recommend for couples or families. Staff & food excellent...
