Pro: easy access. Very close to the aviva stadium and the train station next to it. Liked the victorian style. Con: credit card information needs to be provided over the phone too complete the payment. Checking in instructions only received late in the day of check in.

Great location in prestigious Dublin 4 area. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, bus stops-city center about 20 minutes away. Inside very cosy and bed was comfortable. things to improve the shower goes hot and cold randomly, the finishes on tile and door trims are poor in the bathroom- not a big deal, some missing paint/ dry rot? the tv is small and must be at least 20 years old Would be nice to have smart tv. Over all a good place to stay for a night or two. Safe and quite location.
