The hot tub was not working and was filled with dirt and trash! The room next door you get hear them fighting and arguing and staff did nothing to help. We finally knocked on the door and asked them to please quiet down. There was a $5.39 for security and staff fee that they didn’t tell me about during check in also they put 2 holds on my hotel room . Parking was not safe as phomeless walking though and also there was a concert and people parked in the lot, taking away from paying hotel customers.

The pillows on the bed were couch pillows and not standard size. The amenities listed on google were not provided at the hotel, ie: hot tub, sauna. The climate control fan would not stay on so the room was muggy. The shuttle that was said to be provided at the hotel was not in service. The phone didnt work, so we couldnt call downstairs to let the front desk know about the issues we were having. Overall a terrible experience and we will not be returning.

Property is not in good repair, from elevator, marked up room doors, missing pieces on the toilet…I actually left and found a room at different hotel for less money and much better accommodations. I preferred to double pay rather than spend the night in the room at this hotel.

I walked into the property to check in and it was dirty and smelled horrible. There were about 15 people just sitting around being loud and noisy. The ceiling had water stains all over it and several of the ceiling tiles were about to fall in. There were places that appeared to be black mold. The walls were dirty and even a couple of holes in one area. The man working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I told him I no longer wanted to stay at their hotel and he cancelled my reservation for me. The area the hotel was located in also looked to be very ran down and I honestly would not have felt safe there.

It’s so dirty and filthy. It smells so bad like gas and mold. I have not seen any thing like that in my lifetime. I couldn’t stay for 1 minute. I went inside and I had to leave and find another hotel. Went to holiday inn. I need my money back. This hotel needs to be shut down. Shame on you Wyndham for this.

That place is falling apart! one elevator wasn't working so we had to use the cargo one, it was unsafe it had screws coming down the ceiling, it was disgusting dirty, it had bird feathers in it, the before and after hallway had old and random items it looked like a scary movie, we had to stay there because of course there was not refund, we arrived late that night (we're driving from other state) and the room of course was below our expectations it was very old, the pillows were not pillows!! the pillow case was stuff with a blanket, I dont know what was in there, the curtains were dirty and very very old kind of crusty and the clips were not working so closing it was a struggle... Do not stay there, we did not have another option and the reviews were ok, thats why I am adding my review to safe some else from being tired and have to deal with this. Safe yourself time and money

Overall poor condition. Elevator would take you to the 4th floor, but would not come to the 4th floor. Hade to wlak the stairs. Dont stay.

It looks like they are renovating this property and I do appreciate that. The rooms are actually quite nice, although the exposed circuit breakers are a little bit disconcerting. Outside of the rooms though, it’s a little bit like walking through an apocalyptic war zone. I wish them well as they continue the renovations. Again, the room was nice, and it was clean.

Old and in terrible condition. The ceilings were leaking, furnishings were old and worn, rooms/walls were dirty, toiletries were visibly used but left for other guests and it didn't look or feel safe. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Overall the hotel was okay. The area near the back/side of the hotel is very sketchy. Definitely not what I was expecting based on reviews and looking at the property on Google. Staff was nice and hotel was mostly clean. Our shower didn’t work properly either, which was unfortunate.

The property was definitely dated and not well maintained. The paint was chipping on every possible area, our neighbors were loud and was possibly abusing someone inside, and the floors were dirty inside and out of the room. Will not be coming back again.

We liked having 3 beds. Friends came up unexpectedly and we had enough room for them plus the extra bathroom helped. But had to move rooms cause no hot water. Family went to eat breakfast at 730am and was very disappointed.
