the front desk person was not around each time I needed service upon check in and check out. They were also out of uniform could not tell them from a regular patron. I left a dress shirt in the closet called 2 hours later and they told me they "cant find it" no response from the general manager. They obviously stole my shirt and could care a less than to be honest. The breakfast is also fair to average.

We are truly sorry you feel we stole your shirt due to us not being able to find your dress shirt upon check out. Immediately after you called us, our Assistant GM went to the room you checked out of to find it, but it was no where to be found. We even went through all the trash and did a full comb of the room. I am truly sorry we were not able to locate it. I, the GM, apologize also I was not able to call you back until Monday morning when we talked. Our team is dedicated to providing great customer service from check in to check out and so I apologize you felt the experience was less then that.
