Can't stay there again – Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible! In this day and age a motel should be able to provide reliable steady service!

Door lock didn't always disengage, and saw some spots on the comforter, but other than that it was fine.

Bare bones room

Room was very clean but theres no coffee pot, no fridge, no microwave, no clock of any sort, not even shampoo. Half the tv channels were blocked and not talking about porn we DETEST PORN. AIRPORT NOR TRAFFIC SOUNDS BOTHERED US.

Arrived to a dirty room ... Told front desk .. Moved me to another dirty room...worse than first one ..went back to first one and waited for maid service for two hours by 10:30 pm I gave up demanded clean set of sheets and towels to clean room myself... Waited another hour at 11:40 pm I was given sheets and maid forgot towels, had to go back .. At 12:45 a knock at door ... TOWELLS. YEA ... Now to get my 5 hours of sleep :(. To drive 600 miles the next day!! Errrrrr management didn't seem to care about my problem with them... If EVER I'm thru this way again, I WILL NOT STAY HERE!

I booked through Hotels.com and was given a rate per room that I was supposed to pay, but upon arrival the clerk said they did not have to honor that rate and then charged a totally different amount from my previous booking. I had confirmations for each room showing the appropriate rate I was supposed to be charged, but as stated, the clerk did not care. I have to come back to Kansas for more business, but I will not stay here again. The rates were too high and the noise level from the highway was disturbing.

This hotel was dirty! The pillow cases had dirt all over them. The water pressure was awful and ever tine you flushed the toilet it splatted back up at you.No one ever answered the phone at the front desk you needed to go find someone to get a manager. There were people hangjng out in the parking lot at all hours and no one seemed to be bothered by it. I have stayed at this chain several times with no issues but I will never stay again!
