I definitely liked the location. The rooms were nice but I hated that they were going under renovations. I didn't find that out until after I booked the hotel. I checked in early but couldn't nap because the construction goes on daily from 9-5 EVEN ON SATURDAY!!! Will have to wait until spring 2025 to stay there again.

A beautiful hotel right off the interstate and on the river. The restaurant was amazing and the river walk is beautiful! Unfortunately the cleaning wasn’t thorough and dirty wash cloths were missed from shower curtain bar. They were found when I got in the shower and pulled the curtain, sending them tumbling into my face. Upon notifying the desk, the response was, “I’ll make a note and remind them to be more thorough.” I would still stay here again, just double check the room cleanliness. As a note- the breakfast is $20/person if you don’t rsvp it through Expedia. Definitely worth the price but save some funds and book it when you reserve the room.

I had a Nike bag stolen with 300 dollar shoes electric toothbrush , and staff security could have cared less.

Requested a handicap room, did not receive one. They moved the four of us to a handicapped room w one king bed, then moved back to original room, where we sat in the hallway for two hours because the air wasn’t working to then being moved a third time to our final room that was still not handicap accessible. Giving our disabled sister a shower was extremely difficult and uncomfortable for all of us. Only thing that saved this stay which was to celebrate our disabled sisters 50th birthday was being w each other! We will not be staying with Hyatt again in the future

We chose the Hyatt because of its closeness to the event venue we were going tobon Saturday evening. Good choice!! A little pricey for a nights sleep, however it met and achieved everything you would expect from a Hyatt.

We like the hotel but a few hiccups. The attached shower amenities should be on opposite end of shower wall, not directly in elbow way. Also, the rooms have NO microwave. Found out they have one by the ice vending machine but only on the evan floors.

Didn’t like how far parking was from our room...the parking garage made it further than typical hotel parking would be. When swimming pool is reopened, it will be great!

Get the meal and parking addon
Only thing I didn’t care for was that if you don’t get the meal and parking add on its $12 a day. If you do it comes with breakfast. $30 for two people plus parking isn’t a bad deal. We figured it comes out to $50 a day extra if you don’t. Coffee in the room was gross but otherwise the room was awesome. Stayed river side on the top floor and the sunset views were epic.
