The only place to stay in wichita!

Posted 20-Sep-2016
Pros: Clean, quiet (and that is with a room next to the freeway! Everything worked (maintenance has done their jobs!) Great value for the price.
Cons: Nothing I noticed
Location: Nearby to some great downtown food. (Sabor Latin grill is killer) Easy on/off of the highway (and nearby to 135)

Best Stay Ever

Posted 12-Sep-2016
Pros: Hot breakfast and welcoming staff
Cons: Add a small convenience store type area where drinks, snacks, etc can be bought at any time of day.
I travel a fair amount for work and stayed in a very large variety of hotels and by far this is the best stay i've ever had. The staff goes out of their way to take care of you and make sure you're very happy. They make a hot breakfast every morning for you and even have a small bar in the lounge area. Prices are extremely fair (almost too fair, they're losing money!) There was a small problem when I first arrived...it was 12:30am and me and another guest were checking in and a small error happened. I also say, it's not whether or not a problem happens it's what you do about it once it does. They went way over what they needed to to make it right. Best. Stay. Ever

Just a nice night out

Posted 06-Sep-2016
Pros: Everything was likeable.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Well you are just a few blocks away from downtown and oldtown, which there is ALOT of things to do in that area, and very good restaurants as well!
Rented a room, mostly because I had points to use and it made it free to stay. I'm so glad I choose this hotel, because it was AMAZING. The staff was so sweet and polite. The room was so nice and comfortable. Above all, the whole night was quiet. There weren't any loud noises like you deal with in a lot of hotels. It was perfect.

Nice motel overall

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Pros: The motel had a free shuttle to take us to wherever we wanted to go. They also had an above average free hot breakfast.
Cons: Sign that says you have to pay for drinks at the evening reception. Bedroom took several hours to cool down--heating/cooling unit in the living room
Location: Wichita Waterwalk and Old Town nearby.
This motel consists of a central office/lounge area with several separate condo-like units. The staff was very helpful, especially Barry at the front desk. The lodging buildings are two story with units on each floor. Ours had a full kitchen, a large work desk and a living room area all together. The bathroom and bedroom were separate. We used their free shuttle to do some local sightseeing at nearby Old Town. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The living room sofa sleeper and chair were not very comfortable. The motel also had an exercise room and an outside pool which was very nice although we didn't use them.

Wedding in Wichita

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Pros: Breakfast and Pool
Like what you would find at home. Small Kitchen, living and 2 beds and 2 baths. Gave us room to spread out. The front desk clerk during check in kept stressing how this was an extended stay location. Yes, but worked great for what we needed. Did not know until the morning but the staff would make your breakfast to order on many items. This was an awesome surprise.

Nice quiet clean hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Quiet comfortable clean room. Only issue was the hot breakfast bar was not even warm. Just room temp. :(
