Breakfast was a joke. Lots of people due to the concert the night before and they had not planned for it. You could order what you wanted but had to wait forever for it. They ran out of silverware and we were told they would bring to us when they got more. They did not bring it to us. They only brought 4 sets of silverware out and put in the basket and it was first come, first serve. If I had not been paying attention we would not have gotten silverware. They ran out of coffee and I had to request more to be made. The biscuits and gravy tasted awful. The tables were not being cleaned. We had to sit at a dirty table. All this could have been remedied with just having one more staff working. The two who were could not keep up but were trying too. They knew they had a full house so should have planned accordingly. Otherwise our stay was okay. Our room was clean and what we needed, staff was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is about the soap in the bathroom. It was almost impossible to squeeze any out.

This property is very easy to get to. We have stayed here several times on our way home from visiting our kids in the south. The staff was very friendly!

The breakfast was top notch! The blankets could of been thicker for me. All in all great place, close to where we were working and the price was fair. We will stay here next time for sure.

Great Spot!
This boutique hotel was wonderful for our weekend stay. Perfect location for everything we were doing downtown , clean, spacious rooms, they even have a shuttle service and complimentary breakfast! Will be staying here again if we are in the Wichita area!

This is THE best Hotel. They have a free guest laundry, a shuttle service and hot and cold breakfast all included in the room price. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. It is in a good location. It is very very good value for money and i would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Witchita.

The breakfast was excellent. My egg white omelette was very good. Rare to get made to order dishes for the breakfast offered free by most hotels. The room was spacious and well appointed. My knock on the hotel is its need for a renovation. The mattress was old and mushy and the room had an older feel.

I always staff at this facility, when I can. It is convenient to downtown, has spacious rooms, a nice breakfast and the staff has always been very nice. The facility needs some attention. The bathroom in my suite had not tub stopper. I have back issues and need a tub, as opposed to a shower. It was not equiped for a stopper. Over all, the bathroom needed deep cleaning and recaulking. I am an cheap Aldi's coffee drinker, but the in room coffee was awful. (In the breakfast room, excellent.) The iron was defective and leaked. I will go back there, but will check out my room first.
