Staff was friendly and's competent. Spent the hours of 1am to 3am listening to someone playing there car stereo in the parking lot.
Awful experience and even worse customer service. I booked a king suite conference room, I come to check-in, get my keys & get to the room to find it’s a plain room and not what I booked. I called the front desk and advised them the room they gave me was incorrect. They stated “Yes, I know. The room you booked isn’t Available so we gave you what we had next. And you’re still getting a cheap rate soooo….”
Totally rude. Trying to charge me for a suite yet put me in plain king room with stains on the bedding and curtains. Unacceptable. They were also unwilling to give me any kind of discount. I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone stay here.
Breakfast was terrible. Wallpaper was peeling off walls, brown ring around pool and just overall not a relaxing stay.

One issue I had was the room heater did not work and temps were down to 30 degrees.
The other I noted the facility is showing it's age. I have been staying here for a number of years and it is obvious it is needing a refurbishing. Little things like coffee stains on the hall rug on 2ed floor. Broken drawer on the desk.

They may be able to address them promptly during your stay to improve your overall experience. I know that Wichita had a very long cold snap and unfortunately some of our heaters were not able to keep up to the temperatures our guests liked. This place is horrible. I love to stay at the Holiday Inn Express but by far this is the worst. After checking in, I entered the room and went to use the bathroom and the toilet lid was down once I lifted the lid OMG! The was filled with something that looked like moss. It was discolored! Nasty looking. I called the front desk to come take a look. The next morning I spoke with the front desk and was told that most of the toilets looked like that from cleaning over the years. That’s terrible for a property to look like that when people spend their money for cleanliness and comfort away from home. I was moved to another room and the bed mattress was sunken in the middle such un comfortable sleep! I will never stay there again! The carpet also had stains. Please Corporate or whoever is responsible please do something about this property!!!!! This picture is better than it was at the beginning. I kept flushing and this is the end result.

It was pretty quiet, pool was dirty it seems that it hasn't been cleaned or tile washed in a while, room needs lil upgrade bed wasn't comfortable at all, pillows were ok

This property needs some work. The carpets in the halls are filthy dirty. The hot tub does not work. The rooms were OK but you can certainly see the wear and tear. it’s probably time to do some work and updating.

The first night was a little rough, the chlorine in the pool area was so strong that it burned our eyes so we were not able to swim long. Then there was a semi parked outside our window running the entire night and rattling our windows, we called down and asked if it could be moved or shut off but they were not sure who's semi it was. The next morning we had breakfast and it was not great all the food was gone so we had to wait 20 min to eat and then when it came out the sausage tasted boiled and the eggs had peppers so my kids wouldnt eat them. The next night we asked to be moved to a different room so we didnt have to listen to the semi and the rattling windows and the girl at the front desk was so sweet and very accommodating to us. She is a great employee and deserves a Raise! Very kind and helpful. Our second night was alot better then the first.

Serves its purpose
Overall I would say my stay was mediocre. The staff were super friendly. The hotel is starting to show its age. The AC unit wasn’t working properly. Just opened the window since it was cool out. The pool and hot tub were ok. Smelled of chlorine but was still kind of murky. Location was perfect.

Very convenient & accessible location, commercial/retailarea. Room was clean. Loved the pillows. Breakfast was disappointing as the juice machine & pancake cooking machine were both out of order. Juice & food selections were limited.

Facility was very clean, bright, darkening drapes were very good, mattress was better than home in comfort, staff, resourceful, professional and polite. Breakfast was really good need BACON! ;-)
