Evening and overnight staff were great. Breakfast was just okay, room floor and bathroom could have been cleaner. There is remodeling going on so that could be the reason for some things not being as clean as I expected.

Beneath pillows was lots of lint and actual dirt - like sand! Shower was janky and kept falling down. Toilet wouldn’t flush away debris. Lights and outlets on the sides did not work. TV was tiny and crap. Remote was oily. Gross place. This for $100/night Holiday Inn is never this bad. Inwould stay somewhere else.

The property was being renovated and we were told that our room had already been renovated which was not true. The bathtub had mold and the bed had a huge dip in it from being completely worn out. The walls had been patched multiple times and were dingy

Renovations are well underway, which happens at hotels I get, but it is Thanksgiving morning and they were at it bright and early in the room directly above us. Scraping the floor and tile. Running wiring in the walls. Using saws and drills. I have video of it. The bathtub in our room didn’t look like it had been cleaned prior to our stay. Tv was broken. I think the part I’m upset with is that it’s not like they didn’t know which part of the hotel renovations were happening in the building, so why put us directly where it is happening?

Although the carpet was nice, the bathroom was outdated the tub was stained. The shower curtain was disgusting. The toilet was dirty. There was a used tea bag or coffee, ground bag in the sink and trash in the trashcan. Also smelled like weed. And this is after they gave me the wrong room, keys to a wrong room, and had to move me because the previous people did not vacate the room. Really wish I would’ve taken photos.

This Holiday is in desperate need of a remodel. The bathroom in our room was painted an unbelievable mustard-brown. NO one would paint any room in a house that color, let alone a bathroom. The ladies at the check-in desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine. Just PLEASE give the place a re-model!

Our son was moving into Hesston College so we stayed here to help him move in. The hotel was in good condition. Service was good but a little slow getting checked in. The beds were a little firm but slept ok.
