Nice concept

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, but the rest of the facilities were pretty sparse for a Hilton. Overall, somewhat dissapointing.

Nice location overlooking pretty lake.

Pros: First impression of lobby was very good. Bed very comfortable. Lovely view from our room.
Cons: Carpet a bit worn. Pool area could be freshened up a bit. But overall very nice.
Location: Lots of good shopping, eating, in immediate area.
Just a four day getaway with the family to relax. Met all our needs.

Customer Service Above and Beyond

All I can say is wow! I was stuck in a jam when I locked my keys in my car. But the front desk clerk was so helpful and cooperative in getting a locksmith, even allowing me to check in despite not having my ID or credit card. The room was beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Beautiful geese walked around everywhere especially by the lake in the back. Best stay anywhere in a long time.

Expensive rooms for improperly maintained facility

Shower head fitting pipe leaking into wall and shower; loose. HVAC unit had bracket hanging out bottom with cord attached causing safety hazard when walking near window. Cut foot on sharp bracket. Pool could not smell of disinfectant or chlorine raising concerns of maintenance, ph balance. First room had black mold or similar mold on HVAC unit grill inside and out causing us to cough and experience severe discomfort. Hilton said they would respond to complaint and concerns within 3 days of today. Will update review if necessary.

Nice place and location

Nice property and friendly staff. Right next to a very nice shopping area and plenty of restaurants. It's a bit tough to find the hotel as the 'sign' is not extremely large and placed with other signage. It's also just west of where the toll road portion of I40 starts, if that makes a difference.

Conveniently located in interesting area

Pleasant. The hotel needs to have more herbal tea selections in the lobby for the evening to promoterelaxation and rest, such as chamomile or sleepytime.
