Close to downtown

The Deluxe Queen with Sofa Bed was very nice . It was very clean and comfortable also quiet and in a safe area. Kitchen included full size fridge,stove,oven and microwave . Shower was cold one night , but it was probably due to everyone waiting till football game was over . I wold definitely stay here again .

Arrived late evening. Front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Remote in room missing. Hairdryer not available in room but front desk was able to provide me with one.

quiet very wonderful experience

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and clean very comfortable and full kitchen facility
Cons: I cannot think of anything very pleasant experience
Location: shopping is within a couple miles, as places to eat not far from downtown diner theaters

Great hotel, pool, kitchenette. Easy access to the freeway & turnpike. Awesome staff.

Won't stay again

Staff not very friendly. Overcharged us for our room. Pool was green and filthy and not usable.

It was a great place to stay! I even extended a night and switched around my other hotels! The negative thing is the breakfast and when I asked for the room to be cleaned including clean sheets n towels, it wasn't done! When we returned 5 hours later it was the same and when I went to the desk the gentleman said no one is here now and handed items to me to do myself! I didn't stay there or go on vacation to have to change my own sheets n towels! I had to take dirty linen back to hominem the lobby!

We apologize for the miss communication of our housekeeping policies. We do offer a daily room service upon request and we apologize for not offering it to you when you checked in. The fact that you did ask for service and did not receive it is unacceptable.
