Stay away

Dirty...Need i say more. Dirty carpets room was filthy -non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Outside the hotel cigarette butts/empty beer bottles. Changed rooms did t matter. Left - wouldn't give immediate refund.

The beds was so uncomfortable. The staff was rude and the rooms wasn't as clean as it could of been. The sheets was stained. The breakfast sucked and the house keeping doesn't know what please do not disturb means.

My first impression was when I walked into the lobby. It smelled like a cat litter box had not been cleaned in weeks. Gross!! I immediately told the attendant that If my room smelled like this I would not be staying. She let me inspect the room. Room was clean and oder free. Second... the bathroom sink faucet was in need of repair. You only had hot water at full pressure.

Comfortable beds, facilities kind of run down

Pros: It was comfortable, inexpensive and close enough to where we were going.
Cons: Better selection for breakfast would be nice. So would an elevator.
Location: Didn't get to go anywhere but our trade show, so we cannot comment.
The staff was extremely friendly, but the facilities were a bit run down. Beds were comfortable. Had modern flat screen TVs but the signal to them was standard definition. Wi-Fi signal was not reliable and very hard to connect with anything but a Windows computer (cell phones had extreme difficulty connecting). Smoke detector was hanging off the wall by the wires. Also, our room was on the second floor, and as we were in town for a trade show, having to lug our gear up and down the stairs was exhausting.

Disappointed

Pros: bed was comfortable
Cons: needs improvements
bed was comfortable but shower was broken and when we mentioned to staff working front desk we were told "oh sorry may be your next visit will be better" and then she basically dismissed us!!!

close to Interstate 135 and shopping

room had big bugs crawling all over floor, faucets in both shower and sink very difficult to operate; broken window let outside noise in, hotel in great need of some maintenance and severe cleaning
