Nice hotel, reservation challenges
I am in a wheelchair. Requested the handicap accessible accommodations when reserved and again when I confirmed. When we arrived, the room was ok, but the bathroom was not manageable. the toilet was not at necessary height and there were no grab bars. I had to go down 3 floors to use a handicap accessible bathroom, and showering was not an option.There was a tub, but I had stated not capable of stepping over a tub side.
I requested 3 separate occasions for different accommodations. None available.
Van accessible parking was non existent. I had to have someone else park the van after I disembarked.
