I called two days in advance to tell them about her late arrival. The hotel indicated they did not have our room because it was booked through Expedia, a third-party. That’s we ended up with a king size bed and a nonfunctional couch for the three of us. We had to get them to bring up a rollaway bed. This was all done around 1130 to midnight on the night we arrived.
