Don’t stay here if you have a pet! We selected this hotel online because they accepted pets. They never asked us ‘yes or no” if we had a pet, we walked the dog once we got there and the next morning in the dog area right next to our end room, we saw other rooms that said ‘no dogs’ (or maybe “pets”), our room had no such sign on the door, yet they charged our credit card $250 because they claimed we didn’t disclose the dog. Clearly we weren’t hiding the dog but they waited until we left to charge our card. I called them as soon as I saw the charge, about an hour after we left, and the lady said it was because we failed to disclose the dog. This is so wrong! Don’t make the same mistake we did by staying at this hotel.

Dear Teri - Lets be honest here and we want to be fair to other guest who may be allergic to pets and smoking. Anywhere you go in USA you have to disclose pets upfront so we can assign appropriate rooms.. Additionally it clear SIGNS that states at FRONT desk, folio and and at room doors as well. Boiling hot room. Per their policy.

They turn the air completely off and you have to turn it on after ypu check in. We got there at 10pm. It had been 100 degrees that day and it was easily over 90 degrees in the room. It took hours to cool down, so we were miserable and it was hard to sleep. And i found out we paid $20 more than our friend who stayed in an idenrlrical room the same night.

The motel was not kept up very well. Check in individual was pleasant. Parking area dirty. Could not open the door to our room because it was stuck shut from old paint. Had to have the check in guy come get it open. We used a soap bar to wax the door, but still had trouble with it. Barhroom corners had dirt build up, etc. Breakfast was limited, morning desk/breakfast person unpleasant. Would not stay there again.

Pros: It was quiet
Cons: checking in!
Checking in was a hassle. Cody kept saying how full they were, how they may not have a room that allowed dogs & made me feel it was my fault for not notifying motel that I had dogs. When I made reservation, there was NO spot to state I was bringing dogs and my confirmation stated "calling to confirm your reservation is not necessary". Then when I'm checking in, I'm threatened that we may not be able to stay!!!??? However, Kara & Amber were VERY helpful when my son left his iPad in the room and I had to return the following day to pick it up. They both were friendly and couretous! Thank you!!

Terrible as soon as we got there.

No one at desk. Called all numbers and no one answered. Took 45 minutes before we found someone. A guest of hotel went into back office and found employee sleeping. Not enough water trickled out of sink to brush teeth.

Not the worst for the price

It's a pretty typical motel off the freeway, nothing to get excited about. Room was a smoking room, which I asked for so I won't complain about the smell--though I doubt that was cigarette smoke I smelled... Shop around and find something better
