Low key

Posted 08-Dec-2017
It is a low key, safe, comfortable place for those on a budget. Very quite, no problem sleeping. Bed was comfortable. It is exactly what I wanted for my visit to El Dorado, Kansas. Loved the non-smoking accommodation! I will stay there again. I didn't use the indoor recreation/pool area but walked through it and was pleased to note it is clean and there is a pool table! Next time...:-)

Terrific hotel and value

Pool was warm and inviting. Room was exceptionally clean and accommodating. Breakfast was average. OJ had begun turning, but a decent variety offered. Staff was uncommonly helpful, cordial, and polite. They left a very positive impression on me.

We are happy you were treated well during your stay as we take much pride in the service we give our guests. We have started a lot of changes over the past year. Our focus on the property itself has been with updating our internet network and doing outside updates as the weather would allow. We plan on continuing our renovations of the facility. We appreciate your feedback as guest feedback helps us focus on what changes we need to look into. We invite you to stay again anytime and hope to see you again soon. Please contact me if there are any questions you may have or if you wish to stay again! Have a great evening. Cody On-Site Manager Red Coach Inn of El Dorado

So so

Was supposed to have free cancelation and pay when you leave. They charged my card before check in. I asked about it and was told that the owner wanted to make sure he got his money. The blankets on the bed had stains on them. The staff was very nice, but I would not stay there again.

We are sorry for the situation. We do have a cancellation policy in place that we have to adhere to strictly. Please know that we do take pride in our hotel and guests and want to deliver the best service we can. I invite you to contact me and see if there is some way we can resolve the issues. It is a bit off the road,in a small town. But that just means it is easy to get to.

The hotel was not too bad, The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The cleaning staff took the white hair tell that my f wife brought with her and it took almost a full day just to get it back. The rooms were supposed to been pet free but we kept hearing a dog pretty close to our room every night and one night there was a cat around someplace that was really squalling. The swimming pool and a cover over it the whole time we were there it was unusable.

Thanks for your feedback. We have a great pool and please request front desk staff and they gladly take pool cover off. Pool cover is to control humidity in the courtyard area. Housekeeping will be provided feedback ! Sorry for the issues you had. I am sure you will visit us again !!

Clean room. Give a roll away at no cost for child. Stingy on pool towels that were super worn out. Desk lady came to pool super cross at one point saying there was a report of a dog in the pool. It was only my self and kids, no dog. Lady was not in uniform or clean/matching clothes. Breakfast very sparse. Overall 60$ hotel.
