The hotel is under renovation. The halls were full of carpet scraps and debris, the rm numbers were laying on the floor, the toilet handle had to be held down or nothing went down, and there was nm o sign on the bldg. To top it off, the woman refilling the apples at breakfast dropped almost a dozen of them on the floor, picked them up, and put them back in the serving bowl!

Please accept my apologies for falling short of your expectations during your stay. I will be talking with our breakfast attendant and follow up on your concerns. I am sorry about the inconvenience our renovation caused and we are excited to see the final product for our guests. We do hope that you will give us another chance after renovation.
