Staff was rude

Cons: Training of front desk attendants.
Staff was rude and gave me wrong information. One person was saying one thing, another person was saying another, couldn't find compromise. Really frustrating to work with people who don't know their own hotel rules and regulations.

Hotel Cancelled our Reservation

Got to the hotel and they indicated that they did not have a reservation for us (gentlemen that was being helped by someone else was having the same issue). After getting a hold of Expedia I got the Hotel's confirmation number that they provided to Expedia...after looking that up, the person behind the desk said that they had cancelled the reservation but had no explanation as to why. They said that they could offer us a room but we went down the street to Comfort Suites...it was more but much nicer, so it all worked out for us in the end. I have booked through Expedia many times and this is the first time it has ever been an issue....and with the other guy who was having the same issue, guessing it was the hotel.

Adequate but not exceptional

Pros: Convenient location, courteous staff, and fairly quiet the night I stayed. The room floor was laminate, which I found a nice change from carpet.
Cons: The problems mentioned above corrected, and more variety for breakfast.
Location: Airport, shopping
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location convenient. However, fairly minor problems made the stay less pleasant than it could have been. The vinyl desk chair was shedding its skin and should have been replaced long ago. The fridge was not cold and had leaked water onto the floor. I reported this fridge immediately upon inspection, because I intended to use it. Attention to the fridge was promised but not provided. The toilet also leaked water onto the floor, and the seat was the wrong size and shape which caused it to pinch my bare legs. I reported this upon my departure. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. No bacon or sausage to go with the biscuits/gravy and pancakes. Fruit was an apple or an orange. The attendant, while courteous, seemed a bit frazzled, so I assume he lacked sufficient help.

There were No safety bars in the restroom any where around the bathtub it was cool at night No blanket on bed asked for coffee 2 different times ,they said they would bring some down,they never did..the room looked like a bed or something was removed,the mattress was terrible felt like it had a spring broke in it ,very uncomfortable...Lots of ppl.talking outside in hallway or in the next room after we had gone to bed after 10 pm. Will Not go there again...

There were roaches in the room. The pool area smelled like urine. My grandkids swimming suits smelled really bad once they got out of the pool. The continental breakfast Sunday was good Monday very bad the cook spent more time making excuses why there was no food rather than fixing more food several people went away without breakfast. I have stayed here several times when it was a Best Western it has really gone downhill as a Red Roof Inn

Close to The airport

I chose this place for a staycation over labor day. Check-in was fast and front desk staff was great. However the housekeeping staff were not accommodating. I was booked for 2 days so I asked for some extra towels and the beds to be remade. We got the towels and runaround about the beds. I ended up taking out my trash since housekeeping avoided us. This hotel allows dogs so be cautious. Other than that it's just okay. Breakfast was a plus.

Easy highway access Near airport

Lobby reconstruction and tile being cut until 3am Room was disgusting with food splatter on the wall, window and window valance looked like someone tried to pull off. Additional lock almost off of the doorframe as if someone had broken into the room. Loud doors and excess noise from neighboring rooms. Would not recommend.
