BIG IMPROVEMENT

This place was a big improvement from the best western that use to own this location, if you have stayed here before and had a bad experience, give them another try, it's a big improvement.

Wonderful Hotel!

The room was very spacious and spotless....looked brand new. We are now Red Roof Inn preferrers! The breakfast was plentiful....lots of choices. However, on the second morning the breakfast was skimpy. Plus no biscuits & gravy, which was delicious. What's up with that?!

more than I expected

Pros: clean rooms
Cons: thin wall or lack of soundproofing on doors adjoining rooms
was very concerned about what I would find for this stopover. Pleasantly surprised! the room looked recently remodeled. The carpet was replaced with a hardwood looking vinyl, bathroom remodels/updated. Bedspreads are gone and replaced with a more "Hilton" look...which means everything gets washed every time Update furniture and large screen tv. The room looked and felt clean. I was happy. Only negative was the thin walls. I was constantly awakened until 3 am. Who lets their kids run around until 1:30 am on a Monday night. In conclusion, I'd stay there again for the room but would caution you about the thin walls.

Rude Employees

The lady at the front desk was rude. I called to check room rate because I was having trouble online. She laughed at the price I told her and said I wasn't going to get a room or rate like that at THEIR hotel. Boy was she wrong when I was able to get the reservation to go through on her. But then when I arrived she said there weren't any rooms available as I had booked via Expedia with courtyard view. disappointing stay. Rooms loud and wasn't a pleasant stay

Great hotel for family meetings or group meetings

Pros: The set up. What a great concept and very family friendly.
Cons: Needs to be updated. Looks a little run down.
Location: There are tons of things to do in the area. We were just passing through so we didn't get to really explore but there were lots of places to eat.
This hotel had such a great set up. There was a big open area in the middle of the rooms that had a dance floor, shuffle board, mini golf and arcade games! There were tables for families to sit and talk and watch their kids play. It was such a great concept. It does need to be spruced up a little but for the price it was great. VERY family friendly.

They refused service to me because im transgender. I had to go to a gross motel because that was the only thing available. Such a horrific experience

Close to the airport

For the money a reasonable place . Staff was VERY good . Had no internet in the room ...had to go to the lobby UGH. Thinking was just my room as would lose signal after returning to MY room . Ordered a wake up call for 5am ! Early flight it NEVER came ....Called the desk to cancel. Will try another reasonable priced hotel close to airport next time .
