Great customer service is not dead at the Ambassad
We were staying here as it offered shuttle service to a concert venue. We did not make reservations at the hotel restaurant since it was a Tuesday evening and before 5 pm. We goofed. They were fully booked, but reviewed their scheduling and found a window of opportunity for the 2 of us. Then as we were returning from the concert, I asked the shuttle driver if the room had extra blankets because my wife seemed to be coming down with a cold. He said they did not automatically have extras in the rooms, but we could request something. I mentioned we would do so and our room number. Literally within a minute of getting into our room, the driver showed up with a comforter. This tells me they let the staff do whatever it takes to provide top notch service. Definitely coming back here.
