Our stay was excellent.

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: We were only in town for a few hours and didn't have a chance to do anything.
We were at the hotel for only 10 hours. it was very clean and breakfast was great.

The best part of my stay was the hotel staff. The front desk person made sure our three families were on the same floor. Room service staff was very accommodating.

Rude people

Staff was rude and double charged for our room cause they didn't know how Expedia works I guess then after paying for a very expensive suite we were charged 12 dollars for handicapped parking

My favorite hotel by far! Everything was clean and nice. Friendly staff and all around a beautiful hotel! We will be back! Only negative is paying for parking.

On the upside, it is a brand new parking garage that was built by the city of Wichita. The cost of the project is funded by those that use the parking, and through grants. Not worth the price.

Request to be above the 4th floor the 3rd floor is the fitness and housekeeping and very noise. The street is also very noisy. The bed was not made well the fit sheet and the top sheet were not separated. I originally was in room 301 and had to move because it must be above the kitchen my room smelled like I was at a cookout.

Not quite what we expected...

Pros: Great location. Lovely rooms. Very quiet.
Cons: The restaurant needs to take a good look at it's front and back of house staff.
Location: Wichita Art Museum is close. Close to Old Town.
The room was spacious and lovely. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Had trouble with the valet service as there didn't seem to ever be anyone working it (not that you needed it, there was a parking garage available right there)but if it's an advertised service, then I expect someone to be there during the day. Had to have front desk staff get the car one day and one of the waiters in the restaurant get it another day. The hotel bar and restaurant needs a manager to train front and back of house staff. Saturday, 1pm, we decided to have a drink in the bar. There was one person working(the place was dead) and he admitted that he only bartended once a month. The drinks were fantastic and he did a great job, but it took him 20 minutes to figure out where everything was to be able to make 4 different drinks. He was very nice and we were in no rush, but there was a moment of panic by us as we watched him crawl around on the bar trying to find all the correct spirits. Decided to have breakfast with friends on Sunday morning. Had to refill our own water and coffee from the wait station b/c our waiter disappeared for 20 minutes+. When we received our order, the food was not as listed on the menu/ordered. I ordered poached eggs, which basically came out as hard boiled. The restaurant is a lovely space, but we were not taken care of and breakfast took us almost 2 hours for 6 people. Other people came and went in the time it took to receive our breakfast.
