No problems at all. Very nice sized room. Quick check-in and friendly front desk personnel. Really comfortable beds. Great places to eat, close by. The pool was actually warm, not like some pools that say they’re heated, but you jump in and freeze. 😜 The hot tub was also very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

10/10 would stay here again! The staff were very nice to me and my family. Surrounded by PUHLENTY of restaurants, stores, and the mall. Not even far from the base where my boyfriend is out. Jacuzzi was very nice, the pool was a little cold but we still went in it and enjoyed ourselves!

The property itself seems like it’s due for an update, but it was clean, quiet and secure. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the breakfast was pretty good (cheese omelets, bacon, potatoes, plain or chocolate waffles, as well as continental options). The pool was open later than most, and the breakfast and checkout times were also more generous than most. My kids liked that there was a jacuzzi, too, and not just a pool.

The room and bed was very comfortable. Shower was great and breakfast was the best on this 2 month trip. Staff was very pleasant and accomdating. I would definitely stay here again. I will look for Hamptons from now on.

Comfortable hotel
The Hampton Inn was very wonderful Spacious rooms Luxurious bed and shower plentiful breakfast I would give it a 5 star but We were going to relax in hot tub / pool after dinner They had rented out pool area for birthday party was like 30+ people We got in hot tub for few minutes left It was so noisy /crowded they took up every table to have pizzas and cakes We booked this hotel so we could relax there in hot Tub / pool They should let you know ahead of time if they will rent out amenities area I may consider courtyard by Marriott or other hotel in future since this has never happened to us ever before in a hotel.

We are moving to Wichita Falls and are getting our place ready. We have stayed at other hotels before and thought let’s try our luck at this hotel. 1st let me say the staff is very nice. Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Area was safe and quite. We would stay here again.

Overall excellent! Just need to fix the street sign. Hotel was a little difficult to find because name wasn’t lit up. Luckily the Hampton Inn red outline was recognizable! Parking lot could use a little more lighting but it was nice to have a lot of parking in front of the lobby. Check in was fast. Fruity ice water & coffee was available in the lobby. An exercise room & indoor pool were available down the hall from the lobby. The room was pretty clean for a pet room (it didn’t smell bad)! No signs of bedbugs or roaches in our 1st floor room. Very nice room. We greatly appreciated the 1200 check out time for our trip coming from the Pacific time zone. Also the hot breakfast was very good with lots of protein & other options. We also greatly appreciated the late breakfast time til 1000!

Courteous staff. The hallway was stifling and hot but I guess I wasn't staying in hall. The room was standard and the air conditioner didn't stay on all night. I kept having to get up to turn it down. The pillows are flat. Just another reminder to bring my own.
