I unfortunately can't say how the property was or how the staff treated me because i did not get to check in and stay in the room. I unfortunately made a mistake with the dates i made my reservation for and wasn't in town the day of my reservation. Im not happy because i couldn't change the dates.

My Choice in Wichita Falls
I stay at this hotel every time I visit Wichita Falls. I have always had great service when staying here. The hotel is in a great, safe location with shopping and dining close by. The rooms are very clean and quiet, and the staff is always very friendly.

Found dead skin cell and Toe nails in bed. The housekeeper was rude to me. Was not happy with room. Looked old. Rust in shower. Told front desk clerk, he said they’re remodeling.

Was told the pool was heated after checking in and being there a hour got down to the pool to find to the disappointment of my kids was not heated. Did not have any hand towels or soap in the room floor was dirty shower leaked onto the floor no matter how you adjusted the curtain because the faucet leaked down the shower wall and ran out the side. Then after dealing with the front desk and Expedia CS for almost 2 hours they decided to refund me but wanted me to leave the room by this time my 2 little kids had fallen asleep because is was after 9pm and we had been on the road since 3.30. So that hotel will be my last option when looking and Expedia sucks also.

The property had no water when i arrived and the room shower never got hot water. Also, there were roaches in the bathroom. Not having water and then not having hot water was annoying for a 2 day trip.

Worst Ever
when I booked with you it was not mentioned that the hotel is in the middle of being remodeled! There are remodeling supply"s stacked in the halls. My room (114) had not been touched except for a large hole cut in the wall to get to the shower plumbing. The 3 nights I stayed, the room was never cleaned. It was difficult to find anyone at the desk. The room (and the hotel) had a strange smell. NEVER AGAIN

My friend and I were staying two to three nights a week for over a month because the price on my hotels.com was a great price for a nice hotel room in the better part of town. As of around the first of October the price increased from $55 plus tax to $69 plus tax, unfortunately we won’t be able to stay as often or as much as we were but we will keep it on our list for special getaways occasionally. Great staff still recommends to everyone who might ask how it is.

Property is being remodeled so there was no breakfast as advertised which had I known I would have stayed elsewhere. There was a sign in the elevator saying water would be turned off Wednesday or Thursday. None of this was on the hotel website or Expedia. I would call before booking if these things are important to you.

The staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the floor in our room was so dirty and sticky and made our feet black. It was brought to the attention of the front desk staff and a staff person came to inspect, then clean the floor. However, the floor was not completely clean and still made our feet black so had to wear shoes in the room the whole time. There were bugs in the bathroom tub/shower. No soap at the bathroom sink and the faucet leaked. The matresses,however, were comfortable.

The front desk clerk was very friendly upon arrival. Quick check in. Adequate parking. The staircase was beautiful. The room was older. The bathtub had stained black mold on the grout and up the tile. It was very slippery in some areas. The floor was hard substance and had a film that felt dirty and sticky. The sheets were clean. The bed frame stuck out too far on the corners so we kept hitting our legs. The curtains didn’t block out the light enough from the back parking lot security lighting. The towels were small and thin. Housekeeping did not exchange towels during our two night stay. Nor cleaned the room period. There was a lot of noise heard from the room above us from them walking around. Overall the staff though were extremely friendly. I think just a little updating and soundproofing would help this hotel tremendously.

Great Hotel stay!
My stay here at the Nature Inn & Suites was great. We stayed in a single King bed room. The hotel was clean, the staff were very polite & assisted me soon as I walked in. The room we got was very clean, bed was nice & comfy. Bathroom was great. Also has a mini fridge if you need cold storage & a microwave. Also there's an indoor pool & free breakfast. Would definitely stay again & recommend this place!

The pool was dirty they don’t give you clean towels but every 2 days no free breakfast they don’t clean the room but every 2 days I was disappointed because it looked better on the site
