Overall was a nice stay. Had some issues with the room above us jumping off the bed and making noise till 1 am but we understood traveling with 6 very small children can be difficult.

We really like this hotel - ideal for traveling with our dog. It is clean, has modern decor, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is managed well, etc. A good value.

The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. The hotel is near several restaurants and grocery stores. The curtain was damaged and would not fully block out the street lights.

The carpet in our room had just been shampooed and it was still wet. They didn't have any other rooms available so we had to deal with a wet carpet our entire stay. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

This property does not have connecting room if you’re traveling as a family. The lady up front said all the rooms had towels for 3-4 guest. Both of our rooms only had 2 towels and wash cloths. Also if you book with Expedia you are last on the list to get rooms side by side or on the same hallway.

Pet-friendly but being on the third floor is not very convenient when you have to take the dog out. It would be nice if at least one pet waste station was provided, since there was poop from irresponsible owners all over the site. The universal remote for the TV was the worst remote ever. I was unable to use the TV for the most part -- due to the remote. The staff were among the best staff of any hotel I have stayed at in the past few years.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was horrible. The receptionist picked up the phone when it rang, but immediately hung up on the callers instead of greeting or helping them. Surprisingly he did this in front of me as I was checking in. When I jokingly said to him “I hope you don’t do that to me if I need something”, he said that if I called down asking stupid questions, he would most definitely do it to me as well. Had I not already paid for my hotel upfront, I would’ve just canceled my booking. When I went to my room, the closet mirror was completely broken. I had to take a picture to them to ensure that I wasn’t charged for it. There were also no towels in the room. None whatsoever. The temperature in the room was also horrible. If I turned it up one, it was way too hot, but if I turned it down, it was way too cold. My room was near the exit staircase and to me, it was a little odd that the door was left open the whole time I was there. (3 days) It was like that on every floor. Seemed like a security issue. Complimentary breakfast was included with your meal voucher. It was a laminated cut out piece of paper, yet we were told that if we didn’t leave it in the room upon check out, we would be charged $10. The breakfast attendant was extremely annoyed with everyone there. When you asked for help, she rolled her eyes. And if someone left a napkin or something, she would ask everyone “who left this here?” annoyingly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. At all.

He was new to the team and we do not tolerate this behavior. The elevator was very unstable and the staff could’ve more approachable and friendlier. I didn’t feel super welcome :/. The room was above average but the bathroom; toilet didn’t work well and it smelt like pee. The shower was clean and nice. I will say the room was very clean. The breakfast could have a better approach to when handing the breakfast tickets(it was tacky)but the actual food was super tasty. I would definitely stay here again if it was just an overnight stay,
