Nothing unique. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Need to be replaced badly. Ambiance was less than comfortable. Needs to be made to feel more welcoming.

The first room I was assigned to looked like it really needed a deep cleaning and the thermostat was falling apart. The front desk staff were helpful in changing me to a different room because the shower's hot water did not work. The second room was a lot more clean and looked like it was better kept, and had hot water. Overall, since I got to see 2 rooms in the same stay, I would say it's hit or miss on how the room will be. In regards to noise, being on the first floor, the first night/morning there was a small child in the room above me that was quite noisy. Also, on one morning but not the other, the hallway was noisy. Again, hit or miss on my experience.

When we arrives at 2:30 pm the office was empty. Waited almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive. When i got to my room noticed hair on the pillows that was not my hair. My daughter and i went walking around the facilities to find the pool. The pool was under construction. This was not posted on the website or mentioned when we checked in. This was the reason for choosing this hotel in the first place. I was very disappinted and ended checking out early even with the loss of money for the non refundable room.

Awful motel room stinks very little hot water carpet drapes all very dated the breakfast was cold biscuits hard staff very ridged hard to understand. TV in room did not work customers looked very questionable stayed 2 nights because they refused to refund my money when I didn’t want to stay.no maid service the 2 day we were there keep my security deposit water faucet streamed out water one stool did not work overpriced for quality of room and service felt unsafe

I got a room there because I was parking there for 4 days. I couldn't believe the size of the room and how clean it was. My flight was delayed twice and they were patient with me. I returned at midnight and it was 26 degrees outside. They were there in 5 minutes to pick me up. This will be my go to place from this day forward. AMAZING!

We stayed on a business trip in Wichita and found the place online. We have stayed at the the Red Roof on the east side and have been pleased there. We found the place to be very clean and quiet and pet friendly as we had our dog with us.

The room was clean and spacious, however, about 2am, the room next door exploded with loud talking, doors banging and so much noise, we couldn’t sleep. We mentioned to the staff when checking out but nothing was said. Very disappointing! I feel like we should have received a partial refund at least.

Decent place
Decent Place needs to have some upgrades. Ice machine broken, Some doors need repaired. Breakfast area is just coffee. However the room was nice. Bed was comfortable. It is next to airport several restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping.
