Location was decent, by several things.
So, lets start off with the bad. The hotel was not why this review is bad, it is the staff, management, and customer service of choice hotels. I paid through Expedia for a two night stay to take my kids to the exploration place in Wichita. Upon arrival the attendant stated all was well and that Expedia's payment was there. They needed my card for incidentals, which isn't uncommon, so I gave it to them. Upon leaving the hotel, the second night, I noticed I had a charge on my card from the hotel (directly from Quality Inn Suites Wichita by the Airport) for almost two hundred dollars (roughly). Here's where it gets interesting. I called customer service, they cannot help.... shocking. I tried the hotel and the front desk lady just kept saying the General Manager would call me back. Shocking... So i finally got a hold of the general manager and she stated they would stop payment and refund the money back to my account...... well.... 2 days later and nothing. Still got the charge, no refund, no support, no help. On hold now with choice hotel customer service and going to complain again. It isn't right that the hotel didn't do EVERYTHING possible to make me happy, considering you just charged me twice for a 2 night stay. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!
