"Really well placed. So close to beach, shops etc. Loved the room and all the artworks around the building. Breakfast delicious and waitress delightful. Would certainly stay again. Only drawback quite a bit of noise from traffic etc but what you would expect when so conveniently central."

"Wonderful stay and lovely view over beachfront to the wind farm. Nice walk along seafront to Whitstable. Staff very welcoming and Primrose our hearing dog enjoyed her stay, particularly the sausage for breakfast"

"I was nervous about coming here after reading some of the reviews, however, I needn't have worried. We had a brilliant time. A lovely, clean, spacious room, with a dramatic sea view and excellent night entertainment. We will be back!"

"We booked our stay at the Hythe Imperial hotel to celebrate our Golden Wedding, and we weren’t disappointed! Everything about our stay was perfect, from the kindness and courtesy of staff, to the surprise congratulations left in our room to see upon our return! We will definitely be returning. "Hotel and room were clean, and staff were good, but there was no air conditioning anywhere, in the rooms or the restaurant. They just relied on floor fans. Really not good with the summer we've had. Plenty of parking spaces, but no EV charge points."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."
