"The hotel itself was fine and the staff were lovely. The continental breakfast choice restrictions were bizarre and unnecessary. For instance, getting a fruit dish, you had to pay extra for toast. A broader buffet would be more normal and less confusing. If you stay for one night, it means leaving with a far from great lasting memory."

"We have stayed here several times in the past and continue to return. The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment but it is very clean, the staff are friendly and the price includes breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will continue to use this hotel when visiting this area."

ORIDA Maidstone Hotel

"Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived early so we used leisure facilities. Room was not ready at 3pm hotel reception gave us a voucher for free coffee. Stayed in double deluxe room. Rooms need upgrading IE lick of paint, shower screens instead of shower curtains. Breakfast slow with bringing out the bacon and coffee machine one broken the other not doing a cappuccino. I would stay again for convenience of festival.The staff our lovely."
